Here, Martine has imparted her artistic flair on the Air Monarch IV: reimagining the already chunky runner with amplified dimensions. Crafted from smooth leather, the pair's distorted proportions to the medial and lateral sidewalls were developed when Martine experimentally layered a size 18 upper with a size 9 sole unit.
