These initially caught my eye because of knitted pattern top part of the shoe and it being a slip-on as well. Then I really thought it was interesting design on the air cushion on bottom. Then actually wearing it, felt like I was wearing cleats (like you do when playing football or soccer - which kind of makes sense as the Vapors were soccer cleats) but in an extremely comfortable and good way. Not sure if the my description does it justice and honestly have to highly recommend. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is as you may see from the picture, where my big toe goes it started to rip the knitted pattern…after a lot of use so it more than did its job and was worth the money. I never had a shoe that feels like I’m walking on the clouds out of the sky. When I tell you that I’m not kidding. I’m expecting 3rd baby and these are all I want to wear. These shoes are great! They are a mesh material that stretches with your foot size. The flames on the side are like a plastic rubberized fell. these shoes are true to size but if your foot is a little bit wide go a size up. They do tie up so lace these bad boys how you like them at your comfort. I am extremely impressed with my Nike Air VaporMax Plus running shoes. They are comfortable, lightweight, and provide excellent support and cushioning on my runs. I recently purchased 2 pairs in October. I wanted something for comfort and to relieve pressure off my lower back. Though these shoes are appealing to the eye. They are not comfortable for all day wear. They did help relieve the pressure of my back which is a plus.( My brother also owns a black pair and says the same). I think it may just need more padding on the inside. Would I purchase again. Yes!!! Just add more padding
This show is love! It's so comfortable and stylish. it's durably made and the bubbles on the bottom provide an added comfort. The material is strong and can withstand weight. I have weight and this shoe is awesome. My feet fit perfect in the shoe with no bulging. Go up a half size if you have wide feet, otherwise, it's an awesome shoe. I have them in two colors. The black and gold pop like crazy. I also have the all green. I would be them again.
I bought these sneakers because I not only love the style but I also bought them as versatile sneakers that I could wear to the gym or just for my day to day leisure. They run a little small but I read the reviews on them before I made my purchase so I went up a half size and I'm glad that I did. They are soooo comfortable, it's like I'm walking on clouds. I was surprised at how great they are for the gym and they are extremely durable for high intensity workouts which I do a lot of. The price is a bit high but I feel like I've already gotten my money's worth even though I've only owned them a week. I would highly recommend getting yourself a pair, I'm already thinking about purchasing these in more colors because that's how awesome they are.
I am a long-time Air Max fanatic! The shoe has truly revolutionized the sneaker market over the years. I usually won't buy a shoe unless I can get a full sole bubble for support. Yet, I had not been able to get a pair of these newer versions in a color I preferred until now. Boy oh boy these shoes are SO comfortable. I am on my feet all day and it is like walking on the softest of pillows! I will be ordering another pair because there are some new colorways that tickle my fancy! I can't believe that Nike was able to improve upon what they already changed the game with! I will wear these to bed just to have more pillows!
I buy shoes only for helping me coordinate with my fit. Never for what they are made for. This shoe is very clean, bright and comfortable. However this can be a dangerous shoe. Because the bottom of shoe is mostly a rubber air filled bottom. If you come in from the rain or happen to get the bottom wet, and walk into a store, you definitely need to watch your step. The shoe can become slippery with the contact of a floor that's wet or the bottom of the shoe is wet or both, you will be doing a roller skate effect of falling or just slip and fall. So be careful and watch your steps.
i was so excited for these shoes because i am diabetic and needed the support these shoes offer. they were very comfy, was helping me feel better, but then they lost the pressure in the heel. i called FINISH LINE and they were soooo awful! they were unwilling to warranty the product, send a new pair, or help in any way. i talked/emailed with two different people and they were not willing to help! these are 200.00 shoes and they lasted 3 wears. The worst part of this is no one from finish line is willing to stand behind the product even though they have a 45 day return policy.
