Writing a review after 1 year. I run 5-6 times a week and on an average 95 kms in a month. I am nearing 50 and have been running actively for past 2-3 years. I have tried many shoes including brooks glycerin 20.I have found only 3 shoes which actually give shock absorption and are easy on your knees and feet. This one is one of them. I just love the comfort it provides for 10 Ks. It just doesn't give you any kind of pain.The second one is Brooks Glycerin 19. It is a wonderful pair of shoes for long distances but unfortunately they have graduated to Glycerin 20 which is nowhere near the comfort 19 provided. Sad.Nike Free Run 5.0 is another wonderful pair of running shoes. I would run all my runs in this pair if only it was possible. A great pair of shoes for everyday wear.

I was really skeptical about these Winflo 9s at first glance. I wasn’t sure if I liked the overall silhouette of the shoe. The heel of the sole seemed bulky but the colorway was the perfect shade of pink. The holographic swoosh on both sides of the shoe really won me over to try them on.Once the shoes were on my feet, the size of the heel all made sense! There is so much support for your heels that it made you feel like hard cement was a squishy floor covering. I felt like bouncing with every step. My feet are a bit wider than most around my toes which made the toe box feel tight the first few times of wear. Luckily, after wearing them for a longer period of time, it allowed the toe box to stretch and feel more comfortable. I felt like I was able to run a lot longer than before from the sole support. The sole really absorbed a lot of the shock but I’m not quite convinced that they are going to be my go-to running shoes. My feet need additional support in the toe area. However, I wear these to a costume party since these are my only pink shoes that matches my outfit. I was surprised to find that my feet felt comfortable standing for over 6 hours and dancing the night away. Normally after that many hours of standing I would need to soak my feet in epson salt, but not with these babies!Overall, these shoes are in my everyday rotation. They are perfect to take to them shopping or to a concert. The heel support will keep you going for hours!

A truly amazing shoe!!!

I absolutely love this shoe!! It is extremely stylish and fits perfectly true to size! I do alot of walking and this shoe is very lightweight, you barley notice you are even wearing them. Also, the wider, thicker heel at the back absorbs and evenly distributes ground to foot impact so no part of your foot ever gets sore. The shoe material is very durable and can easily be cleaned with a mild cleaner and cloth to keep them looking fresh always. I'd recommend it to anyone who walks, runs, jogs, or spends a good amount of time on their feet every day as they are created with you in mind. The textured bottom makes walking on any ground surface stable and the insoles are soft and cushioning. They are very versatile and can be styled with almost anything and look great. Comfortable and stylish

I ordered this sneaker in a size 10.5 Prior to giving birth to my children I was a size 10 but in recent years I've felt that my sneakers are getting a little tight so I tried going up a size and I was happy I did. I've always found Nike sneakers to be a tad tight on me but this seems to have solved the problem. The soul of the shoe is very comfortable and squishy like standing on one of those memory foam mats in front of my kitchen sink. I found it really easy to wear them all day with minimal leg fatigue. I do like the design of the shoe, the color is a mature light pink that is really lovely. While I really like the color I do wonder if long term they will show their age quicker because it is so light. What I like most is feeling the support when I lace my foot in it feels solid and my foot isn't going to move around twist an ankle etc. But also the soul feels strong and stable and again very comfortable to stand on and move around in. What I like most about the sneaker is the fact that I do wear a large size and the sneaker doesn't look enormous on me. It's just a thing that makes me self-conscious often with sneakers and shoes in general. I think the only thing I would change is a darker more forgiving color as I mentioned I do get nervous that long-term they will show their age quicker than some of my other sneakers in a darker color palette.

Great all around shoe

I was very surprised how lightweight these shoes are. Incredibly lightweight and flexible. Majority of my runs consist of running on asphalt, and with this cushioning is important to me. The support and cushion these shoes provide are the equivalent to walking on clouds. It’s easy on my joints during heavy runs, as I can feel almost the bounce back from the sole of the shoe. Literally you’ll have a bounce in your step. Definitely my new favorite workout shoe. It’s a beautiful dusty pink rose color, almost nude colored. Nice slight detail added in the Nike logo with the subtle shimmer. The toe box and sides are more sheer when looking through them. Which of course allows for good air flow. I know it’s called Women's Air Winflo 9 Shoes, but please, give this bad boy a try!It fits just right , and feels light on your feet, providing an excellent sustainable balance. It involves your foot in a way that becomes a second skin.The designer as like other Nike running shoes, have a cool sole with the ice detail in the back like a tail giving you the fly mood. The top combines everything with the laces and logo very smoothly.It’s a shoe that you can wear all day long, go for a long walk and long runs. It’s all in the name, the Nike Winflo 9 is a great all around neutral running shoe. It can tackle anything from a easy 8 mile run through the city and beach trails, or just your average everyday weight room and Pilates session. I found my Women’s size 5 Nike Winflo 9, to be very true to size and fit perfect!The snug and lightweight mesh upper works hand-in-hand with the shoe’s amazing lacing system to give you a locked down fit the tighter you lace the shoe. This isn’t to say that having a more “old school” mid-sole feel is bad, I found myself reaching for this shoe about 3 days out of the week. I really enjoyed wearing my Winflo’s on easy runs, followed by my strength training in the weight room.As a runner that trains weekly and averages about 37 miles a week with 2 weight room days, this shoe definitely earned its place in my running shoe rotation.I would definitely recommend the Nike Winflo 9 to anyone looking for a neutral, firm, and supported running shoe that gives them the feeling of being grounded with a traditional mid-sole. There are no cons or L’s with the Winflo, just WINS.

Snug Fit, Great Support

I've always had arch support and foot pain issues, and struggled with finding a good running shoe, but the Air Winflo 9 is my new go-to shoe for exercising. It's a bit snug and takes a while to break in, so if you have a wide foot, this might not be the shoe for you. It sounds cliche, but I really felt like I was floating on air when I first tried on the shoes. The support is fantastic, and I had no foot pain while exercising. I can wear this sneaker all day, and it still feels great by the end of the day. I love the rose gold color, and appreciate the fact that I can feel fashionable with my exercise shoe - the style is definitely more "fashion sneaker" than running shoe. The Most Comfortable Walking Shoe EVER!

I was in the market for a new walking shoe (predominantly roads and even trails) that had adequate cushioning. The Air Winflo 9 did not disappoint! The amount of cushion underfoot is the most I’ve ever felt in a sneaker. I noticed it after the first steps — it feels like walking on soft foam pillows.The design of the shoe is very classic. I have the light pink and I think it will be my official spring / summer sneaker. The mesh sides allow for airflow (hence the name!) which is great for warmer weather.
