They are good for sprinting and hurdles from 100m to 400m. I tried them in my 200m and 400m track race and I practice hurdles with them and they was really comfortable.

I have had the maxflys for just about a year now and I can confidently say they are the best sprint spikes out there. They are durable, light, very comfortable, and fit perfectly. They’re fashionable and allow me to feel confident when sprinting. I had an issue with these and my lj elites when I first got them (durability issue) and Nike immediately replaced both pairs, no questions asked. I would definitely recommend these shoes.
The spike is extremely good, but the durability is horrible I had them for only 2 weeks with minimal usage and the air pod broke.
Great product!! Advice to order 1/2 size small as this shoe stretches. Very comfortable and gives you an extra bounce in your step!!
Nice shoes for short distance running, i have a left knee trouble, it reduce the pain of my left knee
I gave them 1 star because these shoes are a joke. The Toe Box is extremely narrow - the width of a narrow woman's shoe - which makes it impossible for many males to wear. The fact that this shoe is "unisex" and don't offer different widths is laughable. I returned them fast not worth the price.
