The Nike Air Zoom Victory is honestly one of my top 1 performer when it comes to Middle distance and one concern is the durability but other then that great performer.

Devastating track race

I just got home from my son's district track meet where he ran the 300 hurdles. After jumping the first hurdle I knew something was wrong. Each hurdle was jumped oddly and he ran his worst time of the year. After the race he showed us his shoe which had blown out. He was highly disappointed as he was hoping to run at state. My heart is broken for him. We purchased these shoes for him at the beginning of his cross country season this school year so they were not old. I really thought Nike made more durable shoes than this which is why we went with them but we have been sorely disappointed.

Do not recommend

Definitely not durable. Son wore for a few practices and already has a hole on top one of the shoes because another athlete stepped on him. For the price, it’s not worth purchasing when you’ll have to buy another pair in less than a month

Fast, light, and supportive, build quality is questionable though

I was able to destroy most of my PRs wearing these. The foam is extremely cushiony and the shoe weighs next-to-nothing. However, after only one season, the bottoms showed significant deterioration. Dissappointed that a pair of $180 spikes wouldn't be a little more durable.

Great for Track/Cross Country.

This spike is awesome (for lack of a more amazing word). As soon as I pulled it out of the box, I was in love. I've worn it a couple times on the track and ran a few 5K cross country races in it. I brought my 5K PR down from 18:59 to 17:56 in one week with this shoe. The AtomKnit upper is extremely breathable, comfortable, and easy to get on. The notched shoelaces are a nice touch that keeps your foot locked down. The upper doesn't hold water and keeps it light even with wet conditions. The ZoomX foam is great for a soft landing that also gives a little bounce. Then you get to the Zoom Air unit in the forefoot and it's still a comfortable feel with even more pop. Great spike, not for everyday

Beautiful spike, immediately helped me break 2:10 in the 800m. However, the ZoomX foam and plastic under the air unit wear put REALLY fast. These are not spikes to throw on whenever, these are pr spikes. I also ordered true to size, and the result is a ¼ inch gap in the toes. But you can't complain too much with these things performance.

Not very durable

Did not hold up well. Only competed in 2 meets and limited practices wearing these in 3 weeks and the heel is falling off of the shoe. I would say these are just for “game day” type of spikes if you get them.

Plastic plate was breaking off

They lasted a good 5-6 months and were great until the plastic on the bottom started falling apart. I was hoping they would last long because of how expensive they were but I was disappointed. These shoes do not last long.

Unsure how to feel

I recently got these spikes for the upcoming college track season and was planning to race events from 800m to 3k. I wore them on the outdoor track a time or two and they felt pretty good just a little different from what I was used to. I then tried doing strides on a 200m indoor track and around the turn the air cushion almost seemed too soft. It felt like the shoes were rolling on my feet but they were plenty tight. After I took them off I noticed that the bottom where the plastic spike plate and the foam connect started to separate and rip. I think they would probably be ok on the outdoor track where the turns are wider but on the indoor track they were a little too unstable for me.

W spikes

Love these spikes, super bouncy, light, and comfortable. Not for everyone however for these spikes keep you very high up on your toes, so if you are a heel striker, stay away. The durability is a little poor for the price but got me through the season. Try them out!
