I bought a size 9, 9.5, and 10 since I usually wear a size 10, but I heard these run large and I ended up keeping the size 9. These are by far the best spikes I have ever used and I have been running track for four years. These spikes are perfect for a middle-distance runner as I use them for the 400, 800, and low hurdles. I would 100% recommend these to anybody who is looking for great middle-distance spikes.

These do not hold up! My high school daughter wore these in 9 races and a huge piece of the bottom of shoe ripped off. The bottoms of the shoe should be made sturdier to last more than 9 races. The bottom of the Nike Air zoom victory is made of a styrofoam like material. Disappointed we bought these as she did not seem to run any faster in them and now have to buy another pair of spikes. 1600m runner.

This is a brilliant shoe and I recommend them for any age athlete. Running, in particular sprinting generates enormous power onto the track . The Nike Air Zoom Victory amplifies this power back into the runners stride. I used the last weekend competing at Sydney Olympic Park in the state relays, definitely helped me win 2 Golds and set a state record.
There isn’t a really good way to intro these shoe. They are just a beast for practically every mid distance event however while their functionally may seem great, they are targeted at a very small portion of mid distance runners. If you heal strike even the smallest bit in these, they will slow you down. Really these aren’t worth it even if you have amazing form and great foot strike . They are just too taxing on your legs at longer distances. I can’t really recommend the Vaporfly enough in this secenerio. They work great for everyone. Normally I would say that they should only be used by higher level athletes, however if you can find them on a pretty good discount and you have strong legs, good form and foot strike then you should pick them up. Honestly, perfect. As a 400m hurdler and a 800m runner they honestly feel great in every single run ive had in them. Aggressive enough to really get you going on slightly longer sprint and mid distance races. Would suggest for most if not all people running anything 400m+
Shoe is awesome except for the durability. Bought shoe in January for outdoor spring track. However after about 5 events and some training they are not holding up to what youbwould think for 200.00 shoes.
I recently got these spikes for the upcoming college track season and was planning to race events from 800m to 3k. I wore them on the outdoor track a time or two and they felt pretty good just a little different from what I was used to. I then tried doing strides on a 200m indoor track and around the turn the air cushion almost seemed too soft. It felt like the shoes were rolling on my feet but they were plenty tight. After I took them off I noticed that the bottom where the plastic spike plate and the foam connect started to separate and rip. I think they would probably be ok on the outdoor track where the turns are wider but on the indoor track they were a little too unstable for me.
Love these spikes, super bouncy, light, and comfortable. Not for everyone however for these spikes keep you very high up on your toes, so if you are a heel striker, stay away. The durability is a little poor for the price but got me through the season. Try them out!
Beautiful shoe right out of the box. Haven't run in them yet. They just give you that fast feeling by putting them on. Very excited to race in them this season and I haven't tried them yet. Will make another comment once I run in them. They are extremely lightweight until you put the spikes in. They are still light but the spikes are probably the heaviest part.
