The Nike Blazer is a true classic sneaker design that offers a stylish look, especially in this high top variant. The color on this shoe really pops. The blue suede material is really eye catching and garnishes many compliments from family members as well as strangers in grocery stores. This shoe fits pretty snug when going true to size. The padding on the tongue helps a bit as it doesn't feel like it's applying too much pressure on the front of the foot when tied up fully. This specific silhouette, as stylish as it is, is very annoying to lace up quickly. It takes a while to get my foot into each shoe and it's always a struggle to get my feet in. You could lace them lower and not use all the lace holes but it felt weird in practice and they felt a bit loose when I ... MoreThe Nike Blazer is a true classic sneaker design that offers a stylish look, especially in this high top variant. You could lace them lower and not use all the lace holes but it felt weird in practice and they felt a bit loose when I wore them like that and the laces were longer so if they became undone, they'd be flopping around everywhere or I'd accidentally step on them and almost trip. Comfort wise, they're average. They don't provide anything substantial in terms of comfort since they're pretty much using what was originally used when these came out. They feel alright enough to wear a full day on feet, my feet did feel a bit sore after long sessions of wearing them but again, these shoes aren't really made for comfort, they're more for style points. If on future iterations they can somehow take a look at the comfort factor for these and use maybe zoom x foam in the midsole, then these would be a cheat code with style already going for it and it potentially being comfortable to wear for long stretches too. Overall, they're a great shoe that can match with a lot of outfit combos, they're definitely worth a buy and everyone should own at least one pair in any of their favorite colorways.

Terribly cheap. Cheap fake leather that scratches easily, the soles separate from the sides. Tongue is open yellow foam on the edges and the fabric on top and bottom is transparent with unfinished edges that unravel. Wore them for 3.5 months and the sides are separating from the sole. Foot Locker won't do anything about it. Says it's my problem to deal with Nike. Nike wants them shipped at my expense, they'll look at them and if they feel like it, they'll replace, but not for " excessive wear and tear or regular wear and tear." I'm not holding my breath as basically everything they can say falls under these categories. Then they won't even ship them back if they deny the claim so I'm out the money and can't even get them repaired on my own. What a joke from both ... MoreTerribly cheap. The Blazer Mid ‘77 is a dream!!! The hazy pastel blue and cream color combo puts a smile on my face. The shoe is primarily made of suede material and the tongue of the shoe is made of a cushion foam. While I am a personal fan of suede, it can easily get dirty and it’s a challenge to clean. You definitely have to use a protectant seal to keep the it looking new. The shoe is true to size and the height of it hits perfectly at my ankles. What I was not expecting is how stiff it was to wear them, even after wearing it for 6 hours. Just a very subtle detail, but I’m a fan of the exposed yellow foam on the sides of the tongue. I find it adds to the aesthetic of the overall shoe. Overall, one of my favorite pair of shoes of all time.

These sneakers reminds me of childhood. I like the style because it’s so versatile. They go with everything and can be dressed up or down. The sole is nice and flexible and I can comfortably wear them all day once broken in, which took a few days. I have fairly narrow feet though. If I had wide feet I might find them a bit tight. One thing I don’t like about them is that it takes me longer to put them on than I’m used to and they’re a bit bulkier than I anticipated. Over all though, cool sneakers with a classic style.
For those that love a classic sneaker and an epic throwback, these Nike Blazer Mid '77s are for you! I was immediately in-love when I opened the box and saw the beautiful periwinkle blue color and the design that takes me back to a different era. My only hesitation on the style is the exposed foam tongue, I can't help but feel it's unfinished. Either way, it won't stop me from sporting them pretty much anywhere, and with anything! They are comfortable for day to day activities, much like converse high-tops, but more durable and better made. Support wise they are just "ok" if you have high arches like I do, but this is on-par for any casual sneaker and as expected. Overall I am really happy with them!
Stunning!! My daughter picked these out online and wanted them for Christmas. I ordered them and they arrived today. They are absolutely gorgeous in person. I am so pleased and so excited, as I know my daughter will be too when she opens them on Christmas morning. The image shows metallic silver, but description says black and white. I'm glad the image was what we received (metallic silver/white). I just can't get over how beautiful they look!! Love the sparkle!!
Love the retro look of these shoes and the suede leather outer material! They fit snug around the foot, but still enough room to move the toes around. Definitely couldn't wear this shoe all day if I was going to be walking or standing a lot as the insole has absolutely no cushion or arch support. I was a little disappointed that the tongue of the shoe is just exposed yellow foam as that will likely get torn up quickly within a few wears, but I assume that's part of the vintage look. Overall I love the look and fit of the shoe, however I wish the insoles were more comfortable and supportive and the tongue of the shoe was stitched closed to avoid quick wear and tear.
I’m normally between a size 6.5-7 in Women’s and I found the 7 to be slightly on the small side. For that reason I don’t see myself walking around for an extended period of time in these shoes. They are great for casual everyday wear though. I love the style of this shoe! It’s cute and sporty at the same time, with a very classic and timeless look. The mid height is great; my joggers and leggings pair well with these. I like the embossed Nike logo in the back. I’m not a huge fan of the exposed foam on the tongue. It makes the shoe look a little messy. I actually thought it was a manufacturing error initially. But other than that, I really love the look of this shoe!
These shoes look very nice but feel worse than anything I have ever put on my feet. The angle of the back of the shoe combined with the stiffness of the hightop means that as soon as you put them on the back of the shoe presses into your achilles tendon so hard it will leave a mark after only a minute or two. They are awkward to walk in and feel like they weren't intended for movement at all. I'm always a size 8 in any women's shoe but these somehow felt too small. I had read previous reviews about the messy, unfinished foam shoe tongue (which is awful, whose decision was that???) but the horrendous fit of these shoes is so much worse than the tongue's design flaw. When I returned them the sales people mentioned that these are returned or rejected often because they ... MoreThese shoes look very nice but feel worse than anything I have ever put on my feet. I got the pink/copper color and it showed up not looking anything like the pictures. The tongue is different (picture shows the sponge type top which I like and wanted, what I got was just normal sewed up like any other shoe) and aside from that the colors were completely different. Online they look more muted, like a nude type pink and more of a light subtle copper/gold, but when they arrived they were a way brighter pink color and the copper looks almost orange. Literally nothing like the pictures at all. Even though they were absolutely nothing like what I was expecting, and not something I would typically wear due to how bright the colors actually are, I debated keeping them just for Valentine’s Day/date night type deals, but they’re SO incredibly uncomfortable ... MoreI got the pink/copper color and it showed up not looking anything like the pictures.
