Ordered shoes on August 1. It’s now August 15. Instead of giving me my money back they make you file a claim and they approve whether or not you get a refund. The package never left the warehouse and Hibbetts said they don’t have contact with the warehouse. Very upset as these were school shoes for my daughter and now she doesn’t have shoes nor the money back.
