I’m so happy that I got this! No, it’s not ugly (depends on your taste) I read the other reviews and honestly, you should put them into consideration. Most of the reviews stated how undersized the shoes are so I went half a size up and it’s way too big for me but with cushioned socks, I’m sure it’ll be okay (I’m a size 6 with slender feet btw) Size purchased: 6.5

I have seen these everywhere with the black swoosh so thought I would go for a colour pop. Unfortunately, the outer material is cheap and hard. The packaging was questionable too - definitely not a standard Nike box. I plan to purchase the grained leather version elsewhere which will look far more expensive once worn in and will have far more give when wearing.

Stylish but very uncomfortable. Make sure to wear tall socks with them. The tongue moves around and has unfinished foam edges. Doesn’t kill me but might bother the next person

I bought these a month ago. I bought the red tick ones. I live in them. So comfy and go with anything. I've had lots of compliments. I particularly love them because they look very 80's.
Love the retro style of these trainers and I think they will look even better when worn in a bit. The ankles are stiff so will take some breaking in but I think then they will be super comfy. I sized up because of the reviews, but actually found them true to size so had to order a smaller pair. I agree with others the photos don’t show the exposed foam on the tongue so that might be a surprise if you didn’t expect it.
I bought these shoes last week and I’ve worn them since !! The quality is brilliant and the tongue of the shoe even has a cushion material to stop it from going flat. I have a narrow foot and I am used to wearing this style of shoe so the high part on the back didn’t bother me. I went up half a size and they fit perfect
These look great online but in reality they sent. I don’t understand why they have exposed foam on the tops of the tongues? The ankle area leather is super rigid. The trainers felt very uncomfortable
Awesome quality, they look super fresh - kinda got a retro vibe which Iove. But they are seriously undersized. For reference, I usually wear 8.5 in womens sneakers and for these I ordered a 9 which was still WAY too small. Gonna order again in a 10.5
Loved the style however I wish I had read these reviews!! The foam in the tongue is soo ugly!! Completely ruins the shoe- I understand their ‘retro styled’ however they could have at least used white foam for a white shoe if this was the intention- also shady ASOS for not including it in the pictures!!!
The sizing is good, they look great but are not as comfortable at first. The back part is hard and it hurts to walk in and gives blisters, you have to break them in, at least I had to. I suggest not lase them all the way so you will have more room for the ankle part to move freely or wear them around the house at first to loosen them up. After that, they are pretty comfy and they look great. Imo the shoes are worth it.
