I love that the Nike Cosmic Unity shoes are made of at least 25% recycled material! That helps me to feel great about being able to help reduce the amount of trash heading to the landfills and they look and feel awesome! I feel this is defiantly a step up for Nike.The shoes have a nice sleek design. The green glow and the multi colored laces are a nice touch! They have plenty of traction to provide grip when you need it.These shoes do need a little break in period. At first, I felt like the shoe was going to be too tight. After a few days of wearing the shoes the fit seemed to be just right. They feel sturdy, but not too heavy. They are comfortable and breathable enough to allow all day wear. Job well done. These shoes are awesome!

Overall, there is a lot to like about this shoe!The fit was as expected, true to size. The look is awesome, it’s a really creative design. Very unique. Pretty decent traction too. It’s pretty comfortable and has great cushioning and responsiveness. I like the lateral stability. The few things that might be worth noting if this matters to you is it’s a little bit of a chunky look, the toe box is a little roomier and I even have wide feet, and there is a slight heel slip.I’d give them 4/5 stars and would suggest them if you want some unique shoes with solid performance.

First of all, I really like the design and look of this shoe. Also, the ankle support is great. I felt super secure making sharp cuts, jumping, and landing. I'm a large guy and this shoe stood up to the pounding I gave it, even outside.That being said, the cosmic unity definitely fits a little strangely, it took some getting used to. Its a very flat-bottomed shoe, and it took some time to loosen up and feel comfortable. You'll absolutely need to break this shoe in as it starts off pretty stiff. I'm sure its tough to strike a balance between good solid support and flexibility and this shoe is a touch on the stiff side for me-- I'd imagine I'll like it more and more as I keep playing on it. 8/10 for me. OH also this shoe is 'made of recycled material' which is great.
It has been a while since I've owned basketball shoes so it look me a little while to adjust to the fit generally. I do find these very supportive even given the lower cut. The look is pretty cool between the color of the soles and the laces. They do feel a little stiff to me compared to other basketball shoes I've worn, so I think they will take a while to break in. I also feel like they run about 1/2 a size small (as most Nikes do, in my opinion). So, I do think there is a trade off between comfort and using recycled materials. They may wear more comfortably after substantial use. Cool looking shoe though!
These things are sweet. When looking at them, you think they will weight a ton but they are light. I walked 4 miles in them and my feet felt amazing.Did a hiit workout in them and they held up just fine. Great heel support. Did some hard short sprints and side to side movements and they took it.Your feet feel very much wrapped and supported inside. Very stable. These things are attached to your feet.The look is awesome. The shoe laces are even cool. It looks like you are going faster than you are.I got the green ones at thought I wanted the others but the green is light and grew on me.Fit was spot on.Did not play basketball in them but will when it warms up. I have no reservations about playing multiple games and feeling good.
These Cosmic Unity kicks are great for hoopin. I’ve only used them outside, but they have great traction and support. The foam padding around the Achilles really locks you on and feels secure. The knot upper provides an excellent comfort while the padded tongue, with the rest of the upper collar, wraps the ankle. I love the laces and those same colors are hidden in the background of part of the upper. The moon look on the swoosh is a sweet added touch!I took 1 star off as the arch into the front part of the heel feels too narrow on both shoes. My feet/arches ached after taking them off after playing in them for under an hour. I love these shoes! When they first arrived I was so surprised! They look and feel awesome! The shoes are VERY supportive, and fit like a glove! There is also a lot of cushion in the shoes, and felt every single step! You could seriously wear them all day long! These are my new favorite shoe to wear to basketball league! I feel like they are very durable and will last a long time! The design is fun too! It’s not something I would have picked out at the store because I’m very neutral, but I have received many compliments on them! It has definitely helped me to go out of my comfort zone when buying shoes next time! I really do love these shoes!!

I'm a pharmacy technician so I used these shoes for standing on my feet all day which was surprisingly very comfortable! Walking in these shoes however, is a different story. I found myself having to adjust them occasionally to make them less tight around my feet. Another downside to these shoes are that they're very ugly. They look like somebody took off a hunk of plastic and glued it onto the back end of the shoe. The color is very distracting since they are an ugly green.
