I don't care if the shoe is $10 or if the shoe is $100 quality needs to be given at all times I reached out to them about this issue you think I've heard from them? Absolutely not. So here iam!! Don't blame me for speaking the truth. I'll be taking my service elsewhere because seven shoes in 3 weeks and half of them are dirty that does not add up. And for the record I took videos of me opening the boxes because anyone can claim that the shoe was in this condition after the fact but no absolutely not. Great shoe with ankle support, love that it is plain black as the school uniform requires all black trainers.My son has worn this shoe style for 4 years now and loves the fit and style just classic.The shoe size comes up around half a size smaller so I buy the next size up so plenty of growing room.Lovely shoe to wear, my son will not change from it for school use.Shame is he is just 12 years old and next year I am having to buy an adult size so paying extra.Hopefully their will be a discount offer or something in 2025.

Great quality shoe for school. Bought two pairs for the kids via click and collect - was so fast, easy and with great communication from Rebel. I followed the online sizing guide which was a little daunting but ….. nailed it. Went up 1 cm for growing feet. The shoes themselves have withstood my adventurous son who was going through Kmart shoes like a fat kid goes through cake. They still look good months later, which is a small miracle. Highly recommend.

We bought these for my son because he likes the stretchy easy on and easy off laces. The photo shows that they are stretchy laces. We got the shoes in the mail today and they are not stretchy laces. They are regular tie laces. Please change the photo for the 3.5 if they are not stretchy. Maybe make more shoes with stretchy laces so they are easy on and off for kids.
We purchased these shoes in store. On the shelf there was only one shoe in the box. The associate retrieved the other shoe at checkout. Well today my son told me and I verified one shoe is 4.5 and the other is a 5.5. He’s been wearing them for a few weeks and mentioned something about the sizes the other day. I said well maybe one of your feet is just bigger🤦🏽‍♀️. Check your shoe sizes people even if the associate grabs the other shoe.
I ordered the white and black with a pink swoosh. Instead I received all black shoes. I had to go to the store to return it or be charged 9.95 to ship it back. The clerk at the store informed me he could only refund the price of the shoe but not the shipping. So I paid 9.95 to receive shoes I couldn’t use. And he. Had to go out of way to return it at the store so I wouldn’t be charged another 9.95. This was supposed to be a gift so I also had to find something else to replace them. This store had become terrible. I am done with Nordstrom
I just ordered my first purchase from Famous Footwear! I ordered on a Sunday! I don’t know how long shipping will take! I don’t know how long processing will take! I do have high hopes though! My hope are that they’re much better than DSW and/or TSC! Zero service with those 2 places and as far as I know Famous Footwear is not affiliated with them! I don’t understand the points system so I sent an email asking, I shall see how long it takes for a response! So far, the process has been great! I will update this review when I receive my order! I’m not sure why they want me to review them an hour after I placed my online order, when I haven’t received my order and the process has barely even started, but, so I definitely will be updating and amending my review! I received a damaged pair of these Nike shoes. They were obviously a previous customer return. They were mishappened and all bent out of shape. I called Macy's and requested an even exchange. Macy's agreed and then claimed that they instead sent a Macy's gift card and demanded that I return the shoes. Well I have NOT received a Macy's gift card and even if I did I do NOT want it!! I want the shoes!! These are for my granddaughter!! Also, I paid for these shoes with cash via PayPal so how dare Macy's try to force me to accept a Macy's gift card and keep the money with them!! It's a win/win for them and a complete disappointment for me!! I am reporting this to PayPal and the Better Business Bureau.

I bought these shoes awhile ago for my 8 year old daughter. She absolutely loves them and says they are comfortable! They fit her just a tiny bit big, which in my opinion is perfect, as I bought them for the beginning of her school year. I was worried about the shoes looking dirty because of the white on the shoe, but we haven't washed them one time and somehow they still look brand new. I would definitely recommend.
