Nike Court Zoom Pro HC

The black and white Nike Court Zoom PRO DH0618010 padel shoes provide a premium grip, which is achieved thanks to their sole, which has the technology to make them exceptionally durable. The toes of the shoe are reinforced to prevent wear from dragging the foot, as well as from constant and prolonged use on the courts. The synthetic material of the instep and sides provide the flexibility that every player needs in the most demanding matches. Additionally, the shoes’ stability is provided by the Zoom Air unit in the forefoot. The insole has a plate from the heel to the tips of the toes that increases the balance in every step. Flexibility is another of the shoes’ main qualities, as they provide the right range of movement with every step. All this without jeopardising the padel player’s ability to move. Their design stands out for combining black with white detailing, which gives a great aesthetic. The comfort of the shoe comes down to two key points; the tongue, and the collar of the shoe. Both with a padded finish.

When I got these shoes, the design and practicality of the shoe were a big hook for me. There’s some great colors in this shoe, and they can make a really interesting fit for anyone. The first thing I noticed when I put on the shoes, was how narrow they are. To an almost uncomfortable point. After a little bit of break in time, they did get better. The next thing, was the shoe itself is somewhat thin and smooth, but the tongue of the shoe was rather bulky, over padded. I haven’t seen this in other shoes recently, just not a preference for me.They do however have great color, and the shoe itself is somewhat light. This makes it much easier to move in.I wouldn’t stray away from these shoes completely, but I would most definitely recommend trying them on.

Comfortable, but light fabric on shoe sides tore very easily.

Shoes are comfortable with good lateral support. Boat shaped profile (toes and heels appear to swoop in and out, see profile photo) looks strange but doesn't impact performance.Durability is a major concern. I'm a 4.5-5.0 player and the right side of the left shoe is partially torn open and getting worse after only five matches. The mesh material won't stand up to any kind of hard-court rubbing. This appears to be a design flaw; the sole should have gone higher up the side to protect the soft white mesh. I've worn various iterations of the zoom shoe for years and these are the first to have this problem. Hopefully, Nike ups their game in the next iteration.

The design feels a bit different than normal tennis shoes, however, after wearing a couple times you get used to it. Short break in period and the shoe feels solid. They fit true to size. I use these for pickleball and normally my shoes only last for a few months. Only had them for a few days so I am not sure how they will hold up over the long run.

I don't recommend it
8 November 2022

When I first bought these shoes I was very excited about the style and color. However, only after a couple weeks of trying them out they already wore down. I only used them at the courts and they were falling apart from all sides. I am very disappointed for such good looking shoes. Their customer service was very great and understanding with my return for a full credit. I recommend staying away from this shoe unless you don't mind it wearing down pretty quick.

Look cool; Durability questionable | Low rating due to durability questions
22 August 2022

I think the title says it all about these shoes. I love the design and aesthetic appeal, but after 4 or 5 hitting sessions on an outdoor hardcourt, I started to feel a bit of instability and noticed that the mesh on these shoes has been starting to deteriorate.Outside of the durability issues, the shoe seems quality in terms of support and weight. Not the most supportive shoe if you've got weak ankles, but I don't have an issue, so they work for me.I'm a Nike fan... so hopefully this is just a singular issue with this pair of shoes and isn't an issue with the whole line.

Nice all around court shoe
1 December 2022

The Nike Zoom Court Pro Hc is a very good all around shoe. I’ve used it on both indoor and outdoor courts and the performance is exceptional on both. The shoe itself is made of a durable mesh that keeps your foot supported while still being flexible and breathable. The thick midsole absorbs the sock of sudden movements and jumps, while the outsole has a honeycomb pattern that is excellent for traction. I’m happy with the overall construction of the shoe and it’s held up well with average use (3 times a week) for a month while playing pickle ball and tennis.

Nike Zoom Pro Hard Court - Terrible Smell
6 March 2024

Bought these at Sporting Life in Oct 2023 for pickleball. I like the shoes, but the odour from use is overpowering and I have tried multiple remedies (Bounce sheets, washing them, vinegar and water etc.) to kill the smell. Does not happen with my Adidas or Asics shoes - so don't think it is 100% my feet. Was told by sales rep at Rackets and Runners that the uppers may have something to do with it. Very disappointed. Wish I could return them.

Poor quality item
17 April 2023

Item arrived quickly from sports direct but wish I’d read the reviews… within a few wears, the cloth material has split away from the rubber soles on both shoes. Terrible quality and shocking that they retail for over £70. Sending back to Sports Direct to hopefully get a refund. Really disappointed, would expect 9-12 months from a pair of tennis shoes normally.

Tennis court champs

These shoes were a bit different for me at first. I found them to be a bit uncomfortable when I first laced them up, but after about 30min or so the sole started to soften up a bit and the fit became familiar and yet different because it is a shoe for playing Tennis. I wore them all weekend and found them to be responsive when sprinting on a tennis court that is in my community. I would have to train with them a little bit more to get more if the durability and it just started raining season so it may be a while but we will eventually get to it. The colorway is not really something I would usually wear but the hint of green grew on me and my mother said she wanted a pair and loved how these were designed and thr color. Zoom Court Pro HC
2 December 2022

The Zoom Court Pro HC has a sturdy, yet mostly comfortable feel. The upper is flexible, yet snug. The tongue is padded nicely as well, and the shoe feels breathable. The full length plate does provide a little spring to my step, but is a little stiff when walking. I'm not sure if I would be comfortable wearing these all day, but they work on the courts. Not a huge fan of the colorway, and the design is sort of "safe" for my tastes, but that is personal preference. The overall profile isn't too bad, but the colorway received accentuates the clunkier parts of the design, mainly the mid-sole contrast and swoosh.
