Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced, ordered over $800 worth of products and did not hear back about the order being filled for nearly two weeks, just for them to say that they cannot fill half of the order because they didn’t actually have the shoes, even though it said online they did . The other pair of shoes arrived with sticky tape straight on the box , no post pack or anything, and it absolutely ruined the box when I tried unwrapping it. Also the shoes looked fake but it is very hard to tell but there is a lot of inconsistencies between other dunks that I have so all in all I would not EVER order from plug hub again , and hope that no one else does so they don’t have to endure the treatment I have had from them . Absolute zero star rating ... I previously ordered 2 pairs of nike dunk lows, the panda and lilac. They are so comfy and great casual shoe, but i wanted the rainbow easter model that was sold out. I messaged them and in a couple of months they found me a pair - they are divine!!!! Highly recommend the products and the company.
The shoe was exactly what I wanted but it was damaged and it was non returnable. To be an authenticated shoe still looked like it was cheaply made.
