I am absolutely upset because this was a gift I brought for my sister for Eid. I then received and I wanted a size 7 and I received a size 6! After that I tried emailing Stock X for 2 weeks. No reply, no nothing. I am trying to be honest as you can see quality I put 5 stars. Now I have a gift that’s an incorrect size and I have lost out on my money. These cost me £152 including PP

I did not get the color that I ordered and the return/exchange communication has been horrible. I submitted a Buyer's Promise Request with no resolution yet. I also requested a call that apparently created another Buyer's Promise Request submission instead of getting an actual call. I got the right kind and the right size shoe. Inaccurate color! I ordered the exact color connected to this survey and instead received Plum Eclipse. . I am not attached photos because I have sent them all twice now. Won't buy again from StockX and will share my experience as well.

This product we shopped for and bought was originally marketed as “Diffused Taupe” on the StockX site prior to my purchase. However, after I bought the shoe, StockX changed the name of the shoe on the site to “Plum Eclipse”. The colorway picture on the site was more beige and the actual shoe was pink-ish. I can’t figure out if we were given the wrong shoe of if StockX had just marketed the shoe improperly under the incorrect colorway name. Either way I have been waiting for over a week on a response to rectify the issue and they are EXTREMELY slow at responding. Very disappointed in the lack of communication from StickX and hoping to get some assistance soon. Shoe is actually very beautiful but it isn’t what I expected.
The product looks great, except It’s not what I wanted. I wanted a 9.5 and got an 11. The s stockx support team was non existent, never got a return email, was never able to talk to anyone. So I found it funny that I was asked to view the support I never received. Never using this site again, 200 dollars down the drain . Thanks a lot
