Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered shoes that were shipped via FedEx and delivered to the wrong address. FedEx told me to give them 4-5 days to locate my package before initiating the claim with Shipper. Ultimately FedEx was not able to locate my package nor the Driver. They told to contact StockX to initiate the claim to reimburse so I can receive new shipment. StockX then proceeds to say I have 48 hours to file a claim after that time the window is closed and it’s not their problem unfortunately. So not only am I out of shoes and money the customer service is the lowest of lows. A company that doesn’t value your dollar certainly doesn’t deserve it. When I first got the shoes they were so nice as I looked closer I was questioning it a lot, I think they are legit for the most part. I noticed the stitching looked like it was falling off and the shoe was dented. Not sure why it came like that though

Love the shoes but they don’t fit like normal Nikes do which makes me question if they’re truly real. However, the style and stitching look authentic
I can’t say enough good things about Lilac Blonde. No one else had the shoes I wanted to get my daughter for Christmas. Not to mention I got them in a very timely manner. I will definitely make future purchases!

I believe this is a dupe and not the real one. The fit is smaller than my other dunks and it also creased after one day of very minimal wear.
