I purchased these for my daughter's 15th birthday. I ordered her regular size 8.5, but hey are huge! I made a previous purchase in this size and they fit perfectly. Unfortunately, you do not offer any returns or exchanges. I spent $240 on sneakers that I believe are sized incorrectly and she can't wear them! Very disappointing!
