The Nike Free Metcon 4 Womenâs Training Shoe is a perfect all-around shoe for any type of woman. Not only were these shoes supportive enough for my high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts throughout the week, but there were also so comfortable that I chose to also wear them to work daily at the hospital where I am on my feet all day long. The shoe has a thick sole which is a bit different from shoes I have owned in the past but now I understand why I was having comfort issues in the past. The thick sole provides stability that I never realized I needed having a flat foot. The shoe is very attractive and catchy, with the orange and sea foam green hints on the white shoe and shoe base. I was a little hesitant about wearing a white shoe being a pretty active but clumsy person but any dirt that got on my shoe was easily cleaned off. One of my co-workers even accidentally spilled her coffee on the shoes and my pants, and then the coffee wiped off the shoes instantly! I typically wear a size 8 in most tennis shoes but have worn a size 7.5 in most other Nike shoes I have owned. However, I did find this shoe to be true to size as the size 8 fit perfectly. My favorite part was actually that the shoe does not have a tongue. Not having to worry about the tongue moving around, or the laces getting snagged or stuck underneath (the tongue) was definitely much more convenient than I anticipated! I can say with certainty that I would not change anything about this shoe. The Nike Free Metcon4 shoe is an A+ shoe and one that I would recommend to anyone looking for a well-designed and supportive shoe, whether for work or play!

I bought these online and didn't know much about them other than reviews and the description given online. I am on my second pain in a year and a half because I feel like I can not do without these for 1 day! I have so many sneakers, but I go for these every time. I choose my typical size 9 in womens, and was wondering if I should return them since the sock part felt so tight. ( I also have carpal tunnel, and despite having the release done, it's still hard for me to navigate) I did just push through getting them on because they felt so comfortable in the toe box, no squishing, it took at least a week of daily wear for the upper part where you slide your foot in to stretch a bit. I walk and take public transit everywhere and need a shoe that can handle how hard and fast I walk to catch those Chicago busses! And these fit the bill! The heel was a little thick when I do indoor rowing, but after a few times of adjusting it's no longer an issue. Bottom line, it took a little adjusting but the pay off is huge!

I had been eyeing these shoes for a while and finally decided to buy them. Some reviews said they run small, so I went to a local shoe store to try out the fit. I've been wearing Nike shoes for almost two decades and I have been a solid size 8.5 in Nike's women, but had to size up to a 9. The primary purpose of these shoes are for working out, which mainly consists of circuit training and some cardio. I noticed a huge difference in the stability compared to my NMDs. They're more lightweight and provides better stability for pivoting, balancing, and weightlifting. My trainers noticed a difference in my stance as well. I've had these shoes for about a month now but I've worn them to work out about 4 times a week. They're holding up well so far and I love the style. I bought a pair of these for my wife for her birthday, they were too small. I concur with other reviews of these shoes, that the sizing runs small. The first pair we ordered were too small, so we ordered a larger pair and mailed the first pair back for a return as per instructions. The return process was simple and promptly processed, so I would see no reason to fear them not fitting if you order online. The new pair arrived and my wife loves them. My wife describes them as exceptionally comfortable and stable feeling, she uses them for gym workouts. The colorway looks smooth too, as a bonus. I'm happy to recommend the shoe and the retailer based on our experience :)
I walk 4 miles every day and it's important that the shoes I wear are comfortable and supportive. These fit the bill. They are a little taller at the ankle so they are supportive in that area. They are a firmer shoe and don't have the "bounce" that runners need, so there are better choices by Nike for that. They also don't have a ton of arch support but it's definitely sufficient for the "neutral" wearer. Probably the thing I like best is how nice they look âşď¸ Though that's not an important feature, it is to me. I like these so much, I probably will be ordering a second pair! They are better than their predecessors - I had to return those a year or so ago - weren't nearly as comfortable!
Nike sneakers have been my go-to workout shoes for years and I owned a previous version of this shoe. I am usually a size 7 and these shoes feel a tad bit tight, but not enough to go up in size. The sole is rigid, but not restricting and is ideal for keeping good balance during weightlifting or bodyweight exercises. It feels too inflexible for running, even for a short distance, so it wouldnât be good for workouts that involve sprinting or running. Theyâre stylish, trendy, and comfortable, so theyâve become my favorite shoes to wear when running errands.Iâm super clumsy, so I love that these shoes give me a lot of support and make me feel very balanced. I recently had an appendectomy and am not able to do my usual intense weight and cardio workouts. Instead, Iâve been wearing these shoes for long walks and am pleased with how comfortable they are. These shoes combine style and functionalityâIâm often complimented on them and Iâm excited to put them on every day.
I love these shoes so much. Theyâre cute, go with everything (I got the black and white ones) and are super comfortable. Iâve always worn Converse for my leg days but I heard great things about these and wanted to try them since I canât (or donât want to) wear my Chuck Taylors for cardio. These shoes are great for lifting and cardio. I love the grip they have when doing squats, hip thrusts, etc. Theyâre super light and very comfortable. The only thing to be cautious of is the sizing. Nikeâs website recommends ordering half a size up. I was hesitant to do that because Iâm a size 6 in every kind of shoe and every brand. I bought a half size bigger and they fit great so Iâm glad I listened to the recommendation. I highly recommend these!!!
Very comfortable training shoes đ. I practice HIIT , cardio, lunges, squats, etc every morning and they are absolutely comfortable. They feel very light. They are exactly what I was looking for. Their sole is perfect for training on the ground. Also, my feet feel much more secure when I'm jumping or doing lunges. The colors and design are great đđ I really recommend them. I am size 8 but I ordered 8.5 and they fit perfect. Not tight but I recommend to get a half size bigger for training purposes I can say: I love them!
