I liked how these looked on but they felt tight and had no arch support. I have high arches and felt like it was squeezing everywhere but not supporting my foot. It also does not have a tongue so it felt tough for me to get my feet into. I normally wear 9.5 in new balance and 9.5 in these were just not comfortable at all. It also seems like these will fall apart with any real use (meaning, more than casual walking).

These may be the most comfortable athletic shoes I've ever worn! I have narrow feet and high arches, and these are absolutely perfect. Great for walking, although maybe not great for extended high-impact training. I got these in black and they go well with jeans or leggings. They fit true to size - I'm normally a 7.5 in Nike and got these in a 7.5. I would definitely repurchase!

I bought these when I noticed a specific color way was on clearance and I'm so glad I did. These are quite possibly the lightest running shoe I've ever owned- especially for the value. I gave them a 4-star only because I think they could probably be a little more supportive compared to other Nike runners I've had, but overall, these are a great, comfortable shoe. They fit very true-to-size, but you'll definitely need a very low sock! Just buy them!

I have always worn Nike for running and gym life. This is the first time I have ever been disappointed in the brand. The trainer looks and feels really cheap although has a hefty price tag. I have always worn a size 6 in Nike but these trainers run small. They are very narrow and ill fitting. Unfortunately, I have returned this product. I don't think these would last for 3 months if wearing for the intended use.
I was looking for a lightweight sneaker that didn't have such a high heel but still had adequate cushion. I needed them for a HIIT boot camp class. Most running shoes have the gel in the heel, which is too much for quick side to side movement. I almost feel like I can twist my ankle easily with them. These shoes are perfect. They are sooooo comfortable and light. The cushion is great when I'm sprinting and they have great arch support. They are low enough to the ground that I'm not in danger of rolling my ankles. I was going to order a couple of pairs, one for work because I'm an ER nurse and on my feet for 12 hours each shift, but the color options in my size just weren't there. I highly recommend these!!!
I ordered the all black and white and the all white with cheetah print in a 10.5. The black fit perfect however the white ones were way too small. They honestly fit like a size 9. I checked the inside of the shoe and it said 10.5 but there’s no way they both were the same size. I think they got mislabeled. I hate to have to go through the hassle of returning them and get another with the same issue.
Wow...the Nike Free Run 5.0 are tight. I used the "what size fits" chart and first ordered an 8.5 (my normal size) and they were way too snug. I exchanged them for a size 9 and even these feel very tight. I've worn them for two days, hoping that they would loosen up a bit but so far the only thing that helps is a very think sock. Also, as others have stated, there is not much support. If you want a minimalist sneaker/shoe, try Sense of Motion footwear which are made entirely in Colorado. I hated to buy anything Nike but they were on sale and I quickly needed a pair for travel so I bought them. Not recommended.
Very comfortable and lightweight. If I could rate it a 4.5 though. Right shoe out the box is already squeaky. It’s not annoying but I notice it. I used these shoes for walking and everyday use. Love them. Want all the colors. I would definitely repurchase again.
I bought these sneakers about 2 months ago and use them mainly on a treadmill. They are extremely comfortable, like walking on a cloud, but the sole has wore down significantly on both shoes and the back of one of them is separating from the sole. I’m not sure how much longer they will last but for having them for barely 2 months, they don’t seem worth the price. Maybe wearing them outside would last longer, but for what I need it is very disappointing.
I recently got these coming off a knee injury and they work extremely well for me. They are very comfortable and light weight as I run anddon’t have that heavy chunky feeling that a lot shoes do. They are lightweight but give me cushion where I need it. They move really well with me doing things like box jumps and stair strength drills. The only thing I don’t know for sure is how well they would do with distance longer than like 3 or 4 miles. They have done very well for me while I run but I don’t go farther than like 3 miles. They work really well for shorter distance running and cross training type things but honestly would probably go with something with just a little more support for long distance.it has been a battle for me to get the right thing for my ... MoreI recently got these coming off a knee injury and they work extremely well for me.
