I have these in Water Battle. The color and style are really unique. I love the confetti looking sole- the green, yellow, blue, and white really fun. The yellow Nike swoosh connects in the back and continues to the other side of the shoe. Pretty cool! Love the green laces too.As for comfort- super comfy. Feels like my feet are in a padded pillow. I don't like right lacing and I can definitely wear these loose but my feet still feel secure in them. Three some are super grippy. No slipping or tripping with these.I also love the cutoff on my foot when wearing these. A rare miss for Nike for these. They’re definitely stylish, but quality and functionality isn’t there. The materials are stiff, but yet still flimsy/little support and they have no traction. Eventually ended up having to get something else for my son’s AAU season after watching him slip all over the place in every game at two separate tournaments and multiple different courts. No issues since his new pair arrived and these are now everyday shoes. So great if just for fashion/everyday wear; not great for actual basketball.

She liked the feel of the soles of the shoes and said that they seemed to help stabilize her while walking. It's easy to forget sometimes as users of sneakers, just how much thought and time is put into the design of the shoe and if you take the time to really check the sneakers out that you buy, you might be surprised some of the little 'easter eggs' you might find, this pair included! As you might have guessed, the one thing she would change about this shoe if she could, would be the width of the forward half of the shoe. With her being a 10-year old, however, I wouldn't expect her to realize the purpose of that more likely being for utility rather than aesthetics.Overall, I would definitely recommend these shoes for grade school kids that love to be active and especially for those that enjoy playing basketball. They will indeed help to provide proper support for their ankles and stability while running down the court or just running around in a field. I’ve worn them once as of now, but so far it’s a solid basketball shoe, especially for the price. It’s super stylish and lightweight, perfect for guards. The grip was great, but I was sliding a little bit as I was playing on an extremely dusty court that probably hasn’t been cleaned in a minute. The cushion was good and the overall support was good too. They were very breathable compared to my PG 6s as those aren’t very airy lol. They are true to size (although maybe go up half a size for wide feet) and also have a really nice loud squeak to them too. But yea overall so far is a great performer 8/10
