Great looking sneakers but they are super tight around the toes. Maybe try a size up because I felt like someone was stepping on my toe

The Nike JA 1 is one of those shoes that is average. And that isn’t a bad thing. It was hard for ,e to find one bad thing about the shoe. The cushioning was minimal but worked. My knees and back weren’t screaming in pain after wearing them. Materials are basic as well. Mesh upper with some leather and fuse panels. The fit was pretty nice. It did look really bulky on my feet. I would’ve liked a slimmer looking shoe. But all in all I did enjoy playing in these shoes and I do recommend people go out and buy a pair.

These are pretty nice, I only gave it 4 stars because the materials are the best but they seem to be sturdy and probably will be great on court. I bought these because JA is from my hometown and where I currently live. I watched him play in high school and college, and it just felt only right to support a hometown kid.
I don’t write reviews very often, but these shoes are worth it. Probably the most comfortable basketball shoe I’ve ever worn.
Solid shoe overall. Sleek design and vibrant colorway. Feels like it's great for on-court play. Liked the subtle details throughout the shoe. Only negative is it runs small. I'd recommend going one half size up. Otherwise, the shoe is has great support and is comfortable. Great shoe for hoops and stylish enough to wear off the court.

However, after trying them out, they are actually pretty nice on feet!The upper is constructed of a breathable lace material with leather accents around the shoe tips and mud guard.The Nike swoosh is integrated into the pull tab, which is a nice touch.Rounding out the back, it reads JA Midnight Series with Ja’s 12.The midsole is equipped with Air Zoom. I was anticipating a less comfortable shoe, but I was very surprised by how light it was. There is a ton of grip and you can tell these are well constructed.There’s. Good amount of padding around the ankles.Definitely very well worth the price.
