Nike KD 16 All-Star

The Nike KD 16 All-Star is an athletic shoe featuring a mesh upper with green tiger print, complemented by blocks of magenta. Designed for the 2024 NBA All-Stars, Nike has created a special colorway for the Nike KD 16 collection, in honor of Phoenix Suns player Kevin Durant. Known as Easy Money because of his ability to effortlessly score points on the basketball court, the KD 16 pays homage to this nickname beneath the orange overlay. A holographic disc appears on the tongue tab, bearing the initials KB in dollar bill print. Kevin Durant branding appears as his name and number visible beneath semi-opaque overlays in Orange TPU, which extend to form the outsole. A yellow midsole and Nike Swooshes in purple at the heel complete the look. Our experts feel that the best feature of the KD 16 is its vibrant color palette, which is eye-catching and unique. The Nike KD 16 All-Star released on February 16, 2024, and retailed at $160.

I ordered these for my daughter because they didn’t have them in her size anywhere. As soon as I ordered I started looking at the reviews for StockX and was terrified her money was going to be wasted on a knock off or the product would never make it to us in shipping. There are serious horror stories in the reviews about customer service relating to both of these. The shipping took a little bit but was exactly as originally stated. Product arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with our experience.

No worries ! The basketball shoes are great! But… Unfortunately I did a purchase in this new business model which I am not a big fan.I will try to avoid such business that relies on mass purchase from resellers . The end user is losing! It is not fair. Nike and the other brand that should try to do more in order to avoid this. The end user is losing and maybe Nike and the other brands will be also losing.

Comfort and great hoop shoe
16 March 2024

My son when off in these shoes dropped 20. He said they were comfortable and the grip/ traction was real good. I could tell by his confidence that he had some good hoop shoes finally. Got him a size 9 men's and they fit perfectly. Now to the disappointment part! He wore them in one game and one practice and the sole started coming apart and the color started to rub off on the Nike sign as well as well as other parts of the shoe. I repurchased a new pair because he liked them so much and returned the defective pair. The customer service by chat was great and found me a store to do my quick return. I wish they put more work into the design just as much as they did with the function. Overall great shoe

KD'S
26 July 2023

I got the black and purple KD's. They are very comfortable. I hooped a few times in them and wore them once on date night. Hooping..... They are very supportive. Plenty of cushion while running. The laces stayed tied and I didn't have to readjust them constantly. I have flat feet and the arch support was not overwhelming. Date night....I found a purple shirt that somewhat complemented my new kicks. Nike should sell a shirt, directly next to the shoe, that is the same purple and black as the shoe. Finding a purple shirt was the hardest part. Overall, I would defiantly recommend these to a friend and I would defiantly buy other colors of this shoe.

KD16’s - A Game Changer
20 July 2023

I was very impressed with the performance of the KD16 basketball shoes. I’m a weekend hooper, who mostly plays with friends rather than competitively and in tournaments. That said, the KD16’s truly make you feel like you own the hardwood, whether you’re all pro or novice. The KD16 performed very well on concrete and wood gym floor; they allowed for precise, strong cuts in the paint with no slipping. The shoe is true to size and has a nice contoured fit. The KD16’s overall build is firm and the fabric is dense and high quality, resulting in very good sole and ankle support. My favorite part of the shoe is its design and meticulous detail with various designs and colors throughout. The designs are subtle but the various colors compliment each other and are true eye ... MoreI was very impressed with the performance of the KD16 basketball shoes. While the quality of these shoes is very good and impressive, if I had to change one thing about the KD16’s, I would suggest a lighter material; at times, the shoes felt a bit clunky and heavy when jogging down the court. Overall, I was very impressed with the KD16’s and are a nice addition to the KD series.

The Nike KD16 shoes have all the necessary features of great basketball shoes - I love everything about these shoes from the look, feel, performance and design. They are super soft and comfortable on your feet. The lockdown and containment are outstanding. I love the low-cut silhouette and soft mesh lace top that feels like silk on your feet. The lace line is pretty wide which makes the lockdown broad. The breathability is amazing - there is rubberized reinforcement underneath of the tongue with ventilation channels all over it. Gear type pattern outsole tread provides excellent grip. There is a lot of flex in the forefoot, which provides very smooth heel-to-toe transition. The KD16 shoes go trues to size and offer roomy fit but need a little bit of breaking on ... MoreThe Nike KD16 shoes have all the necessary features of great basketball shoes - I love everything about these shoes from the look, feel, performance and design. The best of both worlds
12 October 2023

So after having the Kyrie 6 and the PG 6 and playing indoors with both, I have to say that the KD 16 is the best of every world. The ankle support is terrific, especially since I tend to roll my ankle a lot. My biggest gripe with the PG 6 was that after intense amount of play, my heel would get worn down, but with the KD 16, my cushion and comfort in general is great. The traction is great, and the carbon shank plate adds a lot of bounce. If you play like a wing, two-way, or a 2 in general, this shoe is great for you.
