Love the technology and comfort of these KD shoes. It’s light durable and has great ankle support. There’s not many mids or high top basketball shoes that have support on the ankle but these are vine the few that does. Didn’t have to break them in and its overall it’s a nice shoe to ball in, work out in, run with, and run errands. Recommend going a half size up.

During hard cuts and going to jump I felt my feet slide around a lot. I recommend going down half a size. So I’m usually a size 8 a 7.5 would be best.

It's been awhile since I've purchased basketball shoes. As I've gotten older, I've had to move towards running shoes for everyday wear. But my son is old enough to play ball at the park so I needed some comfortable shoes to play in. These KDs fit the bill perfectly! They're as comfortable as any running shoes I use. And priced right! I couldn't be happier.

Overall I think the show is great, an even better option to the more expensive KD13. However I do have a weird problem where, only my right shoe, whenever I take a angled step on the right side of my foot a piece of plastic in the ankle support jabs into my ankle. It’s really annoying, but it’s only happening on the right shoe so I think it’s a defect, and shouldn’t be taken into consideration when buying this shoe
Excellent.It's very light weight and very comfortable.I tried many basketball before i bought this shoes. It's very soft and light. Feels very comfortable. I can wear all day long. And it's true to size but for my comfort I had to go half size up. Overall I recommend this shoe.
We are addicted to these KD shoes!! Perfect for a wide foot. Well made and last, especially for an outdoor rowdy kid like mine. 100% recommended. Ordered the green pair and this kid of mine can’t wait to wear them to school. The color is exactly as pictured.
These run about 1/2 size big... so drop down 1/2 a size. I just replaced a worn-out pair of Air-Jordans basketball shoes ... worn-out by playing Pickleball... and these are fabulous for playing Pickleball. Excellent ankle support.... you are not going to roll a ankle with these KD's..... i highly recommend them.
These are awesome for all physical activities. Basketball is just one thing that they are great for, but I use them for speed walking and when I want to really get some where smooth and swift. This is our second pair. On the watch for our size in another color.
I've bought several pairs of KD Trey 5 viii's because my son likes them and they are comfortable. The last two pairs have blown holes in the toes, in particular the black/red pair started separating at the toe within 3 weeks of using them. Now after 5 weeks (all indoor play) one toe is completely blown out. Older versions of this shoe didn't have this problem.
slipping them on takes an xtra second, but once they're on you just feel comfortable, lightweight makes you nimble and it seems you move quicker, not bulky at all. I don't know how long the mesh uppers will last but if they are well made, I hope KD puts out a shoe every year for a long time coming.I am very pleased!
