The shoe ran small. The customer service we received when trying to return and use the credit for a bigger size was the worst ever. Stuck with a shoe that is too small. I will never purchase from this site ever again.

Did not know or like that the product would be coming from China. I would have much preferred a North American release shoe. Also, the actual box of the shoe was pretty crumpled/bent upon delivery. Luckily the shoes are in good shape and look authentic.
