Nike Kyrie Flytrap V Grey Fog Blue Chill

This shoe provides excellent traction not just underfoot, but up the sides, so you can push off edges when changing directions. Infused with glitchy design DNA, the latest Flytrap features containment straps and a Zoom Air unit loaded in the forefoot. Crisscross Containment The lightweight mesh upper comfortably conforms to your foot. The laces feed through crisscross webbing straps over the top of your foot. When you lace up, it tightens the webbing to help hold your foot in place. Contoured Traction The rubber outsole is formed with a multidirectional traction pattern to help you stay in control, whichever direction you're moving. The rubber curves up the sides of the shoe to provide traction on your edges. Forefoot Drive The Zoom Air unit embedded under the forefoot compresses when you step down then springs back when you push off. It returns some of the energy you put in to help drive you down the court.

I got these shoes for volleyball. Throughout the season they held up great, with no rips or tears. The traction on these is amazing but not as good on a dirty court. They are super light and comfortable for me. I usually wear a women's 7.5 and I ended up buying a youth 6 so I would recommend trying them on in person. I and my friend have the same exact shoe and she said they ran small. Other than the sizing issues this is a great shoe.

I bought these a few weeks ago for basketball practice, and they have been great! The ankle support is amazing, it keeps my foot in place (it’s harder for me to find shoes like these because I have a wide foot), the colors are amazing, and they are all together a great shoe for basketball. I will be wearing these until they are down to the bone or until I get onto the highschool team, so I will be looking forward to that!

I actually really like the design of the shoe, and a lot of people say it is a small fit, but I think it’s because there’s a legit webbed “trap†in the shoes, and I think it is true to fit, but that the cloth webbed “trap†has a break in period. Overall for the price I paid, I’m very happy, and while it’s definitely not the most comfortable basketball shoe I’ve ever worn, I’d definitely recommend it for on court or off court wear!

Great for sports & day to day use
7 December 2022

These are comfortable and perfect for sports too! My 16 year old daughter wears them to school and also for volleyball practice. She gets compliments on them constantly. My son is also a teen and has the same pair in a different color. Great sneaker.

My daughter loves these shoes for volleyball
20 February 2023

According to my daughter, these are very light, great traction, and great for lateral movement. She uses them for volleyball and the only thing she would like to see different about these shoes is the cushioning on the inside. She wishes it had a little more.

Nice Shoe with barefoot, zero-drop feel
29 August 2022

This is a nice shoe. It offers a wide toe box, so toes are not cramped--toes can relax and spread out more freely. The heel is not high, as it is with many basketball shoes. It is flatter, which, for me, is a "big plus". It means the Achilles heel tendon can stretch out more and not become shorted by the presence of a big or high heel. These shoes are cool to wear due to the mesh material used. As Kyrie has shown recently in New York, he is a deeper thinker and more conscious person around maintaining good health and that is reflected in his Flytrap-5. He proves to be an independent thinker in the design of this shoe and well as in his personal life.

Shoe runs VERY skinny
1 August 2022

I read reviews that this shoe ran small, but I don't think "small" was the right word. I bought a half size up and the length is just fine, probably even runs true to size there. But man they are skinny. I ended up having to cut slits on the side of the tongue, as well as remove the extra support straps (or whatever they are) that are intertwined with the laces. After I did that they're great. If you have stupid wide feet like me, maybe purchase a different shoe...

Way too narrow
2 August 2022

These shoes are very narrow. I tried 4 different sizes and by the time I finally got them to fit width-wide, the length looked like that of a clown. I have 2 boys ages 10 and 11 and we tried shoe sizes from 8-10 and nothing fit their feet properly. The kids loved the look of the shoes, but unfortunately, the sizing is all wrong.

Worst Nike shoes I've owned. Was my go to brand
18 December 2022

Not a Nike shoe design that I would ever purchase again. Not a fan of the laces going through the tongue. I'm sure the cloth loops will break fairly quickly. That's a shame. Nike was the only shoe brand I could buy sight unseen. Now I'll have to try them first. No more ordering shoes online.
