Traction overall is really good, not great, but really good, particularly the milk crate style on the forefoot. Cushion is a extraordinary, the airmax in the heel and cushlon in the forefoot are very flush, and the full length zoom dropped into the air max unit running over the cushlon forefoot bed makes for a phenomal ride. Heel clip and heavy duty flywire and battleknit upper seem very durable and afford good lockdown. The only major complaint is the tongue, the material is very stiff and a bit uncomfortable, it's a very odd step backwards from the 15 and 16 which i felt were all around very comfortable and the 17 which i had some tonque issues with, but not to this extent. When I opened the package for these shoes I was taken aback. I was stunned by the bright colors and how awesome they looked. However, I was concerned that they were too big. I was wrong. They fit perfect and I'm wearing them for the second time today. These will be more for special occasions as I don't want to ruin the bright colors!

These shoes are AMAZING! the LA Night are my favorite color way of them all. I have the Melon, LA By Day, and James Gang. Shoe is extremely comfortable. I dont play basketball. I wear them for casual use and they are amazing. Love the lebron line
Awesome craftsmanship and very durable shoe! I own (2) pair! The "Kylian M Bappe" colorway is by far the most aesthetically pleasing version of the Nike LeBron 18s. I'm not quite sure why Nike insist on repeatedly producing colorways of their signature athlete's shoes that have almost zero desirability (in terms of these utterly ridiculous color schemes). With this model, however, they did very well. The one caveat with this shoe is that there's a bulge near the forefoot of the shoe, right around the toe-line, that's present in even unworn, deadstock condition. Not sure what causes this, but that alone makes the shoe look more dated than I actually is, and it's the only time I've encountered this with any of the past LeBrons I've owned.
