Woah, these are super good. I bought the "Akoya" color way when the Lebron 21's released and these are such an improvement. The "Akoya" color way didnt have great traction on dusty courts and were slipping, but these are the real deal. these stuck the court like crazy, the bite is amazing. These have amazing materials and cusioning with some great support features. Theres only one problem, cleaning the velvet like upper. I dont know how to clean them without damaging the materials. does anybody know how to?

As usual, these run small, especially in the toe box; This has been going on with the Lebron basketball shoe for at least the last ten years. You will need to go up a half to a full size in these. I went up a full size from my running shoe size and they fit great, along with wearing basketball socks which are thicker than your normal socks. My running shoe size is 11, so I got these in a 12. If you buy these in your normal running shoe size, you may complain about the fit, so size up before giving a negative review. Also, adjusting the shoe laces will adjust the fit to some degree.Generally speaking, I go up a full size in Lebrons and up a half size in Jordans. These are better than the Lebron XX as they are more flexible, as also stated by other reviewers of ... The cushion appears to be somewhat better than the Lebron XX also. Cushion & comfort is very important to me, besides grip, as I wanna protect my knees and keep shooting like Curry! --'cause I play a lot of competitive basketball. I am addicted to basketball and high quality basketball shoes.I was worried these might be too heavy, but they are not (like older Jordans, before the 34s), maybe slightly, but these are just fine.I feel the Lebron basketball shoes are simply improving over time.

At first glance they look plain black, but the material is reflective and almost changes colors depending on the angle - almost like sharkskin fabric. The details on this shoe are outstanding from the braided embellishment on the heal, to the quilted interior of the tongue.Inside, there is plenty of cushioning, which makes them comfortable. The only drawback is they do run a little small, I would recommend ordering half a size up.Overall, it's a beautifully designed shoe; providing both form and function.

Fresh out the box first impressions was very impressed. Look wise these could be worn with anything. You can dress them up or down. The feel was a surprise. They have a soft texture feel to them & they fit like a glove. The support for the ankle in these shoes is “A1”. For them not to be high top there’s still great ankle support. Playing basketball in them would be wonderful but I would need two pair because I do not want to miss these up :). To be honest there’s nothing I would change about these shoes(maybe more colors). Just make sure you order them in the right size because they’re designed to fit like a glove!!!
I love how these new shoes perform. Raising the lace holes higher on the top of the shoes seems to give the shoe a better lockdown on your foot. However, my only issue with this shoe is the tongue. It is heavily padded but the stitching around it is very rigid and smashes into the top of my ankle. So, if my shoe is laced tight, it causes my ankles to get sore very quickly. Then your only option is to loosen the laces to keep the tongue off your upper ankle, which then results in the shoe laces constantly untying themselves since they are so thick. These laces constantly untie easliy.
I had the opportunity to try the lebron xxi and I must say the are a pretty light weight and comfortable shoe. I like to play basketball a lot and it’s hard to find a nice fitting light weight shoe. You can barely tell you’re wearing anything. I also enjoyed the colors of the shoes as well I can put them on off the court to wear out casually. The down side of not eating the shoe a five is because I really don’t like the design I’m more of a high top type of guy and prefer the support I get for my ankles. Overall they are a really nice pair of shoes can’t beat the comfort and the way they mold to your feet while wearing, they’ve just became apart of my new shoe collection thanks!
Have the akoya in size 9. It is snug. You could probably get away with not tying the laces if you just walk around. The minimal design and simple aesthetic is awesome. There is more than enough support in the ankles - it is well padded.I don’t understand why alot of people hate on 21’s but I highly recommend checking these out. Oh i don’t play basketball and got this solely (no pun) for lifestyle/casual wears. The great thing is that this shoe isnt heavy, looks great and performance driven.Although i am not a big fan of the “glued lace” in the back - shoe could have been released without that design back there
These are clearly basketball shoes but I was unable to wear them as basketball shoes and chose to wear them just out and about. And I could definitely tell why they are basketball shoes. They are very sturdy and supportive with little to no foot movement. I would say if you’re stuck on sizes, maybe size up?? They seem to be tighter fitting. I had about half a thumb at the end of my toe. I am a women’s 12 and a men’s 10.5. Color and design on them is very technical and cool. I’m sure they’re great on the court!
Ok so first of all… when I opened these my first thought was WOW!! These are freaking amazing!!! The 2 tone color is sick! The packaging was sick!Let’s talk comfort… Wore these for a few quick hoop sessions and they felt great. The sizing was a little off for me, I normally wear an 11 got these in an 11 but they were slightly too big. Not BAD just needed to wear a thicker sock. Comfort was not bad at all, I probably wouldn’t wear these for an entire day of walking but playing ball, I played both indoor and outdoor courts, and running errands in them was totally fine. All the materials are good quality. They were also pretty easy to wipe off clean. Definitely would recommend these, maybe just look out for the sizing. Overall great shoe.
This Lebron xxi is a very nice looking shoe! The lines are sleek and simple. The black colorway is sharp; it has an “oil slick” look to it and the almost translucent green bottom is super appealing. The material easily wipes clean. As far as fit, overall it’s a very comfortable shoe. It has a great amount of foot support and is comfortable throughout the arch. However, if your feet are a bit wide through the ball of your foot these may not be the shoe for you…the toe box might be too tight for you to wear regularly. If they were made just slightly wider these would be a perfect 5 in my book.If you’re even remotely thinking about getting these to ball in, give them a try…I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
