My 9 year old has been wearing the Kingdom GS for a number of weeks.From a parent perspective, it's a great shoe. Easy to get on and off. This shoe color is black which makes it easy to hide stains, and the material was easy to clean. The sole appears to be thicker than other less expensive models so I expect it to last longer before wearing through on the rubber.From a con, there aren't many. I wish the shoe laces were a bit longer to help make double knots before going to school.My 9 year old reported that it was a soft feel, and there was plenty of room for his toes. He felt like there was a spring to his step, and who doesn't like wearing a shoe that LeBron does as well?

I have to admit I was at first excited to see the Kingdom “gs” shoes but upon first glance at the shoes in person I was not blown away at all. The shoes are very much similar to any other basketball shoe as far as appearance goes. They are light in weight but the colors are boring (black and green) and I’m not sure suede is a good pick of fabric for a kids basketball shoe. Kids can be so rough on shoes, especially when playing a sport it is hard to keep that material clean and looking good with each wear. I do like that these shoes seem to run a little bigger in size than most Nike shoes for kids. You can definitely expect your child to have some growing room in these. Super comfortable, subtly stylish, and some of the lightest basketball shoes I’ve seen. The details make the shoes. The gel soul color, LeBron signature, and ripple effect all make the shoe unique. My son even talks about how the laces are better than any of his other shoes. His most comfortable shoes yet, and he’s always saying how they make him run faster and jump higher! Hah (PF flyers got nothing one these)

This is a very well made shoe. It's my son's first pair of LeBron's and he was super excited. He's worn them practically every day since he got them. Basketball shoes normally run small so I went a full size up to be safe and they fit well. I could have went just a half size up and that would suffice also. The materials feel really premium to say it's a little kid's shoe which surprised me. I'm used to that type of material on adult items. I love how these new shoes perform. Raising the lace holes higher on the top of the shoes seems to give the shoe a better lockdown on your foot. However, my only issue with this shoe is the tongue. It is heavily padded but the stitching around it is very rigid and smashes into the top of my ankle. So, if my shoe is laced tight, it causes my ankles to get sore very quickly. Then your only option is to loosen the laces to keep the tongue off your upper ankle, which then results in the shoe laces constantly untying themselves since they are so thick. These laces constantly untie easliy.

The outside of the shoe is mesmerizing- it's so silky and smooth to touch. The design could have been brighter in certain areas- maybe the swoosh could have stood out more with the LeBron Logo too. This type of shoe should stand out visually among others.The cushion inside was comfortable and absorbed shock well. It provides a solid, sharp launch from run to stop. The grip on the outer sole kept down slipping during power moves. My son said he could jump higher and Run faster than normal as a result. Excellent traction control. I loved the fit and mobility of the shoe. Upstanding job on the traction of this shoe. Mid sole provided him great ability to jump higher and run faster. Great shoes for a child playing guard position.
