The shoes looked great upon opening the box but there was wrinkled leather at the toe box looking like they'd been worn/walked in already. Other than that the shoes had awesome step in comfort and i'm glad I went up a size because I think most of lebron's shoes up through the 11 ran kind of tight.

I bought these for a friend for a birthday present. He's a huge Lebron fan and has been waiting a long time to get this retro. He said they run True to size and the quality is better than he remembered on his original pair. Nike keep the Lebron retro's coming.

I love the Lebron 7. Especially with the addition of full length air max technology. The colorways offered on this model were some of the best for general release. They do run at least a half size to a whole size small like most earlier Lebrons
This retro version of the Lebron 7 Christmas was really on point. One of the best shoes ever created for Lebron comes back for the public in a very unique colorway. The comfort is amazing without making you lose explosiveness. Amazing details as well.
These are great for sneakerheads! The only downside to this is the tech really shows how the LBJ line has evolved! They are heavy and sweaty. I can only image if Nike release a Flynit version or a translucent version. I can only image...
I am blown away on how true to the originals these are! I’ve read reviews complaining about glue and Saying that aren’t like the originals... Well I can confirm that is VERY incorrect! Not only are they made. Look and feel like the originals but even when I have them side by side I can hardly tell a difference at all besides the swoosh sizing! And even then that’s up close and examining them. On foot they’re the exact same as they were 11 years ago! Take it from a die hard sneaker head and an even bigger die hard LeBron fanatic that if your looking for a retro that is true to the OG it’s made after, look nice further! The LeBron 7 is spot on! On its original release these were my favorite shoes in and off the court. Eventually grabbing three pair grabbing three pair from the series. This time around the shoe was made soo sloppy with glue everywhere that I can’t over look and I’m definitely not satisfied! Got the Lebron 3’s on the rerelease and those ripped after a couple pick up games smh. Nike got to do better for people hard earned money, it’s just not fair.
I remember owning the 2009 pair, so I was excited & skeptical at the same time purchasing the 2019 pair. This due to the fact that sometimes, a retro of an original model can be hit or miss. But this was a hit! The quality of the retro pair matches the 2009 OG! What’s also brings a smile to my face is how they kept the same box as the OG on the 2019! And the ice’ing on the cake is they also remembered to include the alternate laces as they did back in 2009. The fit/comfort is just as it was back then: comfortable & true to size!My only con is I wish green laces were include as King James has them in during the CHRISTmas game against my Lakers!Now he’s a Laker, & hopefully Nike releases the Lebron 7 Lakers
So many thanks to Nike and Lebron James for the Lebron 7 so happy they were brought back I couldn’t afford these back then but now I can and boy are these shoes amazing. Super comfy, traction is a beast and it feels just right on feet great job Nike, full length air max has never felt better
