Yes, of course this is a great shoe to do the standard compound lifts- squats (especially), deadlifts, etc- but this may be the best metcon made for Olympic lifting- snatch and clean + jerk - if that’s what you’re looking for. Which makes it perfect for even the general fitness enthusiast looking for a stable, durable, secure training shoe. Note, This shoe isnt designed to run long distances longer than a mile. But perfectly versatile for shorter distances thrown in with heavy lifting.

Awesome shoes very comfortable for lifting, running. However… the shoe lace eyelet broke my second time wearing them! Very disappointed in this because the shoe is great minus the cheap quality of how it was manufactured.

Haven’t put a workout in these yet, but they look great out of the box and fit extremely well. I wear an 11 and these are spot on, snug enough to not feel like I’m sliding around. Looking forward to these!
This is the best all-around shoe for CrossFit that I’ve worn after going through many pairs over the years. It is very stable for lifting as well. Comfortable and the lace lock is a nice touch to keep everything secure. Not the best for running WODs, but great for everything else.
The best Metcon yet! Roomier toe box and awesome heel support, too! Adding the laces lock was genius! This latest MF Metcon exceeds expectations all around.
Best Metcon yet. Extremely stable and much more responsive on runs.
