These shoes are honestly amazing. Even though I’m 12 years old I’m hitting the gym and with these shoes, I became stronger then ever. In my opinion, they are the best training shoes ever made.

Great shoes for workouts. Lightweight with great stability.
Great for cross-fit and HIIT workouts. Not a lot of support for running but works great on rower and Airdyne. Sizing instructions here are off - both men's and women's seemed to run a half size large and stretch out a little bit (wear 10 in every other running shoe and a 9.5 would fit best).
Sweet pair of shoes . Incredibly comfortable while running and in the gym. I must have another pair. These are the coolest looking shoes! I love all of the emblems and patches . High quality Nike .
Awesome training shoe by the GOAT himself, Mat Fraser! I also have his Metcon 6, which I admit is a bit less durable than this one thus far. This one feels more rigid with what seems like a leather material, and the varsity jacket-style patches are cute. One thing I did notice is that the shoe in general feels much lighter than other Metcons I own, and I didn't really even need to relace them, though I could do that for an extra lockdown feel, not to mention a reason to use the lockdown lace tab. All in all, this is one sturdy training shoe!
These shoes are FIRE!!!! They are better than expected and fantastic in the gym (also very stylish as I have gotten numerous compliments on them). Appreciate the lookout/hook-up MetaSneakers!
