I finally made a great choice in purchasing these shoes. Color scheme is beautiful and better than overplayed black, white and gray thing that is seen everywhere. The purple is subdued more like grayish purple. Goes with jeans and dark leggings. Runs TTS for most part. Do not up size a full size larger. These shoes offer great stability for weight and circuit training. Feel very connected to your ground source with very slight lift but nothing crazy. These do not feel like walking on pillows, which by the way isn't all that great for your feet and overall skeletal health (research it).

Went to the men’s section and ordered my man’s size shoe 10.5, when I got it it was too tight. So I reordered it as a 11.5 finished and sent order out. I was then told by the way it’s a woman’s shoe! I was like ahh ok? The 11.5 won’t fit. I went to the woman’s shoe section and the gentleman told it is a unisex and a 11.5 might not fit and that you may need a 12.5, however the shoe may fit just wait and see. I asked but what is the correct size for a 10.5 men’s? He said a 12.5 but the 11.5 may fit. So I waited again and sure enough it didn’t fit. Returned for a full refund and a total waste of my time. Just do it right the first time.

Bought as an upgrade to my old Metcon 5's. I find I have to go up half a size otherwise they feel too narrow. Lilac colour is great and the heel feels very firm for lifts. Wouldnt want to run in them though!

My trainer told me to get these for weight lifting. They’ve been great so far. I’ve had them 4 weeks and I feel a difference. I did have to break them in but now they’re perfect.
