These are my first pair of good quality lifting shoes and I can say they are absolutely worth it! They’re extremely comfortable and you can feel the extra traction below your feet to the ground while performing all different types of lifts. Comfortable for running as well! I usually order a 8.5 in dunks, with these I ordered a 9 and have the perfect amount of room, they fit so well. If you’re looking for a new lifting shoe this is it!

I've been a fan of the Metcon shoes since I got my first pair or Metcon 8s. I love these just as much. Very comfortable and looks great.
