I’m glad I wore the shoes, since I didn’t get an opportunity to change, ran out of time from volunteering. My daughter and I parked extremely far, had go up stairs and escalators and I was supported the whole time. Thankfully, the real test was when I got home and took them off, my feet didn’t hurt! The design is very simple but clean. The fabric is breathable and comfortable to wear in this California heat. My feet didn’t sweat. What would I change, nothing, absolutely nothing. I’d add more color way options. Can’t go wrong with the shoes!

I’ve worn them mostly for my calisthenic workout with some weighted workouts thrown in. Since the cw is White, it’s expected for them to look dingy after a couple wears. If you care about that, you may look at more darker colorways. I think they are solid as is, however, if Nike added their reliable Nike Zoom Air technology in the forefoot of the sneaker, I would be more of fan! I just love that snappiness, especially at the forefoot for explosive movements. Otherwise, the Metcon 9 gets job/workout done and can pass a casual sneaker.

I love the colors on my new pair, they’re super cute. The shoe is also very comfortable and has a more wide toe area. These shoes are very comfortable for city walking (e.g., hills and pavement). I have an arch in my feet and the design of the shoes fit my feet like a glove. The cushion inside the shoes provides so much support and comfort. I love the design! The black and white pattern with a neon Nike swoosh look so fashionable and sleek. I also like the velcro strap on top of the shoes that hold laces in place and add some flare to the shoe’s design. The shoes are versatile and can be worn with a short black Nike dress or black Nike leggings and a cute workout top, speaking from personal experience :-) I would recommend these shoes for anyone who is looking for very comfortable and fashionable sneakers. These shoes are great for cardio, running errands, walking, and jogging/running.
