I'm a person that loves new tech. I typically buy things that are cutting edge. Although it can mean some things aren't quite done yet. I am ecstatic to tell you these technologies were made for eachother. The react and the zoom make for an incredible full footed step. I’ve been wearing Pegasus models for several years and it’s always been a great staple running shoe. That said, the 41 is a clear upgrade from previous versions! The foam feels springier and overall these are SO comfortable. These are great for easy runs, long runs, tempo runs, even speed workouts. They feel more cushioned than past versions without feeling heavy at all.I do wish the toe box had a bit more room (though IMO Nike shoes are notoriously narrow in the toe area), but I do feel like there is more space for my toes than past editions, which really adds to the comfort level of these.The white/black/turquoise colorway is gorgeous and I know I’ll be wearing these both for running and more casual wear. The first thing I noticed about these shoes is the cushioning. The sole is plush and comfortable… this is thanks to the ReactX foam! Despite all the cushioning, they are still decently lightweight which is great. I plan to use them for walking and daily short runs. Another big plus is the mesh upper makes them very breathable! The only potential concerns are they are a little narrow, and there isn’t too much arch support. I will say the toe box is a bit wider which helps, and the arch issue could be corrected easily with insoles. Overall, a great everyday shoe. Good for short to midrange runs on a treadmill or outdoor pavement!

The Air Zoom unit underneath is a highlight for me; propelling me forward with each stride and reducing fatigue. The knitted upper is soft and flexible while still providing the support needed for any activity. The details are on display with the reflective hits on the outside of the shoe as well as the Pegasus logo on the eyelet. I generally know what I’m getting. It doesn’t offer some of the high end features of the Invincible, but this a great everyday neutral cushion trainer that you can really stack miles on. The Nike Pegasus 41 when you first put it on feels amazing. Personally when I am running I like a tighter fit on the instep of my foot and the Nike Pegasus 41 offers the tightness I like to have in my running shoes. As soon as I walked around in the the pegs I was able to feel the Nike react X right off the bat. It is super lightweight for how it feels. Personally I felt it more breathable and comfortable when running. The thing I like the most about the shoe is how the cushion feels and the look of the shoe. I think the cushion is truly amazing something that most runners will benefit from. Al through the cushion is great it does not come at the cost of weight. When running it feel light. The looks speak for themselves, it is a very clean shoe. One theming I would charge is I noticed that in the heel of the shoe, close to where the midsole and heel meet there is a dip inside the shoe right where the edge of your ankle sits. At first it feels uncomfortable and unstable. I did somewhat get used to it although I still feel that it is there. Not a major problem because when your running that problem kind of fades away when you find your stride, just something I did notice that I would change.

The Nike Pegasus 41 is a jack of all trades. You would be hard pressed to find a more versatile runner on the market in this price range.Nike hit it out of the park with the zoom and reactx midsole. With this blend of cushioning, I feel it is the most comfortable Pegasus to date. When running I can definitely feel a significant bounce in my step which allows me to run greater distances. The mesh upper is noticeably more comfortable and breathable than previous iterations, as you can actually feel the air flow through to your feet.All in all the large improvements in styling, shape, and comfort of the Pegasus 41 make this shoe excellent for not only running/walking, but also a great shoe for everyday wear whether for the gym or running errands around town.
The Pegasus Zoom 41 upper is very much cushioned around the lower leg, ankle, and tongue, giving a secure, safe, no slippage and very comfortable fit. It runs true to size, and the arch support didn’t disappoint. Additionally, ths shoe has two Air Zoom units in the forefoot and rearfoot, which improve bounce, reaction, and responsiveness. I admired for its solid and secure feel during runs and for everyday walking making it fit for a variety and different surfaces, such as gravel paths, trail, indoor, and roads. The outsole rubber is long-lasting and covers almost the entire bottom, ensuring long-term traction. The white color is perfect for summer. I’m impressed and obsessed. I recommend this shoe to everyone.
