My mom loves these shoes. She right away liked the black/white neutral colors that go with everything. She said the design of the shoe was unique. The materials are soft and you could tell right away they would be comfortable. She wore these during her walking/jogging exercise evening routine. She said there was no discomfort and her feet were pain free. However, she said the shoes run small. This was her true to size shoe and yet ran tight. She has to wear a thin nylon sock in order to fit these. Nonetheless, a comfortable and stylish shoe. She enjoys wearing them, but her only gripe would be the inconsistent sizing on them.
I am okay buying sneakers with recycled material if the final product looks and feels new. I don't think white or cream colored soles should have so many brown stains and divets in the foam. That being said, if the shoes actually felt comfortable then I could have looked past these aesthetic issues. I still own a pair of flyknit ones and the material, design, and workmanship of my used decades old sneakers still surpass the pegasus turbo in every way. The laces start too far back from the toe so the loose fabric cannot be tightened around the front and arch for proper support. The inner sole of the shoe is stiff and uncomfortable. I don't see this improving over time. The one thing I donât love about the shoes aesthetically is the shaped lines on the side of the shoe, as I like my sneakers to be a bit more simplistic. However, regarding these shoes performance on the road, I was quite impressed and I recommend these to anyone looking for a new running sneaker.
This is a pretty great shoe!Reasonably priced, these sneakers have a very firm sole that offered a comfortable and supportive step as I took them out for an evening jog.Even from the first time wearing them, these sneakers felt like they fit naturally. The break-in time was zero!The material on this shoe also appears to be easy to clean and their color palette make me unafraid to take these off the beaten trail.Lastly, I have to wear Orthotics in my shoes for medical reasons, and as always Nike offers a great product with shoe linings that are easily removable in order to help accommodate the insertion of orthotics in the shoe.Overall a pretty solid choice for a shoe!
I like the shoes but I wasnât happy with Carbon 38 , I been shopping on this website for long time and I am always confident about the carbon 38 and I recommend to friends. But this time I was disappointed with my purchase.It was final sale and when I received it ,it was dirty and has dirt on it . I sent email to customer support they told me to return. But I couldnât because was final sale and I sent email back to them but no body has responded.
