If you have a wide foot, size up at least a half size. Sock thickness also plays a part too. As a larger guy (6'4", 240lbs) wearing a size 13, I'm always in a predicament of finding a high-quality cleat that also fits comfortably. When I first put the Phantom GX Elite Fusions on, they were a tight fit (as expected) and as most soccer cleats are. But after a little time running around in them, the molded to my feet nicely. The have a stiffer feel to them but they are extremely light weight.
