I am glad I went with my normal size, 11. I am an 11 in most nike shoes and was a 10.5 in the adipower originals. I looked at reviews stating to size up but I went with true size as I only squat in these shoes. They fit perfect and am glad I didn't adjust sizing. You would probably get a lot of heal slip sizing up. These should be tight at first.

The shoes run very small and tight. My feet hurt after boxing. Hopefully they will stretch.
