New Nike Romaleos 4 weightlifting shoes from Nike. After eight years, the successor to the legendary Nike Romaleos 2 is coming. The shoes again have two straps for firm anchoring of the foot in the shoe, an extra reinforced heel, and a very durable upper. The shoes were given a very stable sole with an innovative heel part (diamond shape) for heavy weightlifting/squats.

I'm pretty new to weightlifting (my background is CrossFit so some weightlifting you could say) and I kept hearing about getting lifters, I didn't know what the hype was so I went ahead, did my research, and ended up with the Romaleos. The stability on these is amazing! I feel way more comfortable with squatting heavy and my form is as best as ever! GET THEM

The fit is tight but feels great when lifting. I wear a size 8 and got a size 8. When wearing the shoe I need to wear thin shocks, the everyday Nike socks.

I am in love! I haven't purchased new lifters in a while so these were a real treat for me after wearing old Romaleo 2 that were being held together by gorilla tape (true story-I was sticking to the floor). The white is a clean look (for now because I'm a mess) and they look sick. I like how they don't have as an aggressive of a heel drop as other lifters. They're pretty comfortable. Only thing I don't love as much is the curve of the straps. I liked the old straps better but can't complain one bit.
Solid, stable, great lateral and arch support; excellent and durable construction.Ideal for the class Olympic lifter build with short legs and a longer torso.Very good but not ideal for the longer-legged lifter, as the relatively lower heel lift will encourage a tendency to put weight on the toes at the bottom of squats and pulling exercises, which in my experience inhibits power. For these lifters, something like the old Risto Sports, with a bit more heel lift, would be a better choice. (Alas, the Ristos are no longer in production, I believe.)
I usually were a size 8 or 8 1/2. Went with the nine and have no complaints. really helping out my knees a lot.
Velcro part of the strap is adhered to the strap itself and fell off after 5 uses. This is terrible deisgn/quality. Since it's a limited edition color, all they will do is refund me.
Velcro has been fine. I use them twice a week for legs day only. They strap tight enough to make your feet numb. The insoles are rock hard too. They are so solid and inflexible that they are impractical for anything other than leg exercises. They clip when you walk. They are absolutely not comfortable, but they aren’t supposed to be. They change the way lifts feel bc they alter the lines of the lift. I won’t type out the physics of that, but it is noticeable and puts more focus on anterior chain muscles. The colors (white/pink/orange) are bright and fun.
This weightlifting shoes is almost gone.So you need to buy now.2 strap and feel little tight. So you order 0.5 size up from Your size.Lifters need this.
