The Nike Savaleos are the brand's most versatile weightlifting shoes, as they are also suitable for some cross-training workouts, such as WODs that combine gymnastic exercises with barbells. The wide, stiff sole characteristic of weightlifting shoes is present in the design of the Nike Savaleos, which, with a 12.7mm drop, ensures contact with the ground, facilitates movement technique and creates optimal power transfer from the base on every lift. While being a solid and stable shoe, the Nike Savaleos are lighter and more versatile than others in the same category to provide a little more comfort beyond the Olympic bar. More features of the Nike Savaleos for men and women: Lightweight. The slightly lower heel and single strap attachment are some of the most visible simplifications that reduce the overall weight of the Savaleos to improve your agility in weightless exercises. Innovative HSPU clip. Unlike any other weightlifting shoe on the market, Nike Savaleos feature HSPUs in their design and incorporate the signature heel clip found on Nike crosstraining shoes to minimize friction against the wall during handstand push-ups. Optimal traction. Non-slip rubber outsole to ensure grip. Cushioned support: the laces, wide strap and padded tongue allow for a snug, comfortable fit for maximum support around the entire foot.

The Savaleos do what there meant to do plus so much more.Well priced, excellent weight lifting shoe, increase in power transfer in all exercises, super stable wide platform. The question you should be asking yourself is why don't you have a pair!!!! I got 2 (I couldn't decide on what colour to get)

Wish I had read reviews stating they were small for their size before I had purchased. They are tight around the toe area. They could be wider. I would like a true WIDE toe lifting shoe. I have multiple pairs of Nike shoes and they are all one size. These are the tightest by far. I hope they stretch.....

Firstly review of the product. These are my first weight lifting shoe and they feel incredibly comfortable! Make me feel secure and stable - the fact they look smart is an added bonus - got lots of compliments!Secondly review about WIT service - EXCELLENT. I initially ordered these in a size 9 which were too small, so I returned them (super easy process). Ordered the 9.5, paid extra for next day delivery - perfect. When I chased my refund for the original order they replied super quickly, apologised and issued the refund right away (credit to JJ's super friendly reply!)These days customer service is everything. I would highly recommend WIT!

I’ve always had issues with instability and my heels slightly lifting when I squat. These shoes are game changers for me, so much more controlled and heels stay put. Also great for RDLs and Bulgarians. I have really tiny toes so no issues with size of the toe box. Relatively narrow fit so I did size up half a size which I recommend.
Nike seem to have inconsistent sizing. I have many different Nike shoes now all in different sizes which makes it so difficult to buy online. I had to exchange sizes, however, city strength were so quick and easy to do an exchange with, very quick shipping and you don’t have to wait for the old item to return before they ship the new ones.
I have had these shoes now for 3 months. These may be good for someone else but I didn’t like them. I feel like I am wearing boat shoes and I don’t feel like I can feel the distribution of my weight in my feet (which is my focus). It feels like the soal of the shoes is off or the shoes fits more like a roomy tennis shoes. Unfortunately will have to give this shoe a bad score because they didn’t suit my needs and i cannot feel my weight distribution. I feel like i am on a cloud. I will be purchasing a different pair of shoes.
Six workouts in and I could not be more pleased. Snug in the forefoot out of the box, but not to the point where I needed to size up. Unlike other lifting shoes that I only wear for part of my workout, I don't need to change these out. They are versatile enough to take me through the entirety of my training session. They are my new go-to's on leg day.
Appreciate all of the service. Rogue is great. But I was lol at these reviews on the packing until I received mine. Looks like a bear cub packed this ?!Nike on the other hand made a very so so shoe. As everyone else notes, order at least a half size up. I probably shoes have done a full size, but despite the ample space my toes have, the toe box is so narrow that my toes went numb at times while working through the first workout. They felt like they’ll break in and the price point was solid so I’m probably going to hold onto them.
Order a larger than normal size. Im a 13 and I ordered a 14 based off of other reviews. Sturdy and I feel like I have a stronger base. This shoe is definitely going to help my squat form and base. Super steady heel that will not rock side to side during leg workouts. Love this shoe.
I am a women’s size 8(M7), ordered an 8.5 and they are still slightly too small. The toe box is very narrow which isn’t great for powerlifting - you need your entire foot activated for proper lifting technique. Currently doing an exchange for size 9(M7.5) and will update my review. Definitely order a whole size up if you have a wider foot, half size if your foot is narrow.
