Big Nike shoe fan here. I’ve always liked Nike footwear, whether casual, running, golf, etc. These shoes certainly don’t disappoint in terms of style and sacrifice only a bit in terms of comfort. Absolutely love the style and woodland-sequel color theme of these and fit perfectly together into my style for west Michigan winters. There are two lace options that they give you which is a fun perk (black/white vs orange); I’ve left one of each for the first few wears as it’s mostly been around the house but love them both.In terms of comfort, they fit pretty well on me but do seem to run a bit more narrow throughout the foot. They stay comfortable throughout the day but don’t offer a whole lot of breathability, though I’m sure that’s in line with most shoes of this style. I haven’t had any foot pain or discomfort after wearing which is always a good sign as I can be a bit picky.Functionally, these seem to be a pretty durable shoe. The thick rubber soles are great for walking through some water or a bit of snow on the ground so I don’t need to worry about getting soaked. Obviously not going to be wearing these for anything other than casual purposes but I don’t think there’s an expectation of much more than that when buying this type of shoe.As mentioned, the few cons of this shoe are ease of putting on, breathability, and width (if you have wider feet). Again, though, this is a durable shoe that won’t soak up a puddle and looks absolutely awesome. I’d highly recommend the Nike SB Zoom Blazer.

I really like how this shoe looks. It’s an interesting style combination of timeless classic and hiking, and the use of suede and canvas makes it feel truly premium. How else can you look sleek and rugged at the same time? Nike really paid attention to detail and craftsmanship with the wool lining, clean finishing, and extra set of orange laces. I particularly like the color scheme; the green/brown tones stand out and the orange stitching is a nice highlight. It’s got thick, grippy soles and although arch support is a little lacking, the shoe feels cushy overall. Additionally, as a mid-top, there is sufficient ankle support. Nike tends to design shoes slim and while this shoe is still best suited for those with narrower feet, it doesn’t feel as tight in the toe box as other Nike shoes and is fairly comfortable. Fresh out the box, the shoe is a bit stiff, but I’m sure it will break in more over time. Overall, excited about the shoe and happy to wearing something that leaves a statement.

I really wanted to love these shoes. They’re cool in a whole bunch of ways: pattern, textures, materials. But those same things that make the shoes cool make me question how long they’d last. The material of the upper is suede, so I’m hesitant to take them out in anything other than perfect weather. The inner is made of some kind of felt, which, while incredibly comfortable has questionable durability as well. Overall these are 4 star shoes- they look awesome straight out of the box, but that might not last forever.Some extra credit - Nike includes an extra pair of orange shoelaces that match the orange tags on the heel. I think I prefer those over the black and white laces they come laced with.
