I love the classic look of the black and white on the Nike Star Runner tennis shoes. My toddler was comfortable in them all day while playing. The best part about these was how lightweight they are! The only downside we found was when putting them on for the first time the elastic shoestrings seemed tight which made them difficult to get on. I would assume these will loosen up over time which will be perfect so my son can put them on independently. Overall we found these shoes worth it!

We’ve only had these shoes just over a week but they seem to be excellent quality and have held up great on my active, messy toddler. He loves that he can put them on himself and says they are very comfortable. I like the ribbed material that they are made from and appreciate that they go with most of his outfits. He wore them to soccer practice and they stayed secure and were easy to wipe off afterwards. From a parent of a 3 year old who wants to do everything himself, including putting on his shoes, I think these shoes are great and wouldn’t change a thing. Overall, we love the design and that they promote independence in our toddler. We will definitely buy them in the next size once he outgrows this pair.

From a mom who loves going on walks to the park, these shoes are a win! My daughter often walks on her tippy toes so flexibility and balance are important when picking shoes to us. These are slightly wider at the ball of your foot and have a good bend to them while still being supportive on her ankle. The fabric is great quality and the bottoms aren't showing much wear to them so they should last us for how ever long until she grows. The one reserve I have is how hard it is to get her foot in with the laces. Its not a big issue especially when they thankfully put a large enough loop on the back to actually get your finger in and I'm sure the more time that passes the easier it will become. Overall we both love them and she runs super fast!

The fit and feel of the NIKE STAR RUNNER 4 NN was not ideal. Getting my toddler into these shoes was a trial in itself. I believe the design of the shoe made it very difficult to fit my toddler's foot in as the tongue of the shoe was way too bulky making the shoe feel very constrained. The design is amazing with the classic branding on the side and clean black and white color, a shoe that would makes you feel proud to wear them. The fabric on the shoe is durable and great too as they will not wear quickly from outdoor use. If it were not for the tight fit, these shoes would for sure be five perfect stars, so we were very bummed about not being able to slide into these shoes easier.
Initially, I loved the shoes. Even my 3 year old loved them and even said “dad, I like these shoes. I like how they fit my food and don’t get loose when I put them on”. (Those here his exact words verbatim). 3 weeks after wearing them, the strap stitching broke and not looks like a dangling shoe string. For these to be for kids, I would have expected them to be a lot more durable than they are. I wouldn’t recommend these shoes if you have an active child. Mine did nothing more that walk, run, normal play, etc and they still broke.

These sneakers are super comfortable yet very cool.They have very wide front, my little one can wear them all day without complaining about sore feet. They are very easy to put on, my child can put them on and take them off independently. The material seems breathable, which keeps my kid's feet comfortable even during active play. They are also very durable. The robust outsole ensure they can handle the wear and tear of playground adventures and sports activities. Overall I feel confident knowing my child's feet are well-cared for in these sneakers.
My daughter loved putting on these shoes when we went outside to play. It was easy and comfy for her to run and jump in them and she didn’t complain to me that her feet were tight. There was enough room for her toes. Pro: there is elastic bands instead of laces which keeps the shoes on., and she doesn’t have to keep asking me to tie her laces. Cons: the white foam bottom can get dirty fast if playing around mud. But overall the design is classic and fitting for everyday outings. And if the fabric gets dirty it’s easy to clean.
As a mother of two little boys, it can be tricky to find snug fitting shoes that are still easy to put on your child. The contrasting black & white, with the classics white Nike swoosh make your child look like the cool kid on the block. The shoes are made of a comfortable feeling fabric that is still cleanable. The design is well made, not too bulky, yet providing good stability. I would recommend these shoes to other mothers of littles.
