So when buying new trainers I read reviews. No where do I find anyone mentioning achilies ruptures or those who have had surgery to repair achilies. So if this is who you are then please accept this as a valid genuine review. I scrolled for ages looking for decent heal protection and comfort. I recovered from a full rupture of my achilies 7 years ago and have gone through various different trainers since getting back into running. I run pretty much every day now, but most other trainers always gave me blisters after the first few runs. Worse on my scar tissue. Anyway these are fantastic trainers the best I've bought since my surgery in 2017 and I will definitely be buying another pair in time to ensure I have enough to last me a decent amount of time. It is right up my alley as far as style. I also like that it is light weight.I would change the cushion system. For some odd reason, the air zoom tech used on this particular shoe was uncomfortable for me over longer periods of time. Even if I wasn’t running, I still had the same discomfort. Unfortunately, I have stopped wearing the shoe for this reason. I believe the curvature of the outsole and midsole may have something to do with the discomfort.

I recently tried the 25s and was at first apprehensive because in the past Nike shoes, have generally been pretty tight width-wise for me. These shoes actually have a great heel, and a great toe, the only spot that still feels a little tight is around the mid arch of my foot. I have worn them on four or five different days for several hours at a time. Though I was not running, I was chasing a toddler at times. It seemed like the 25s acting as an athletic shoe for short bursts, seem to provide pretty good comfort with traction. The only area I felt any discomfort was towards the front inside of my foot arch, and directly across on the outside; it seem to be a little tight but call that 15% of the overall fit. I haven’t tried different lacings than the traditional inbox given, so there might be a way to address the tight spot I feel. Aside from that one negative spot, the rest of the fit is pretty spot on.I do really like the breathability of the material. As someone who gets pretty warm, pretty quickly, especially when doing any exertion, I’m always looking for material that doesn’t feel heavy. These shoes feel cushioned, breathable, and light.Coloring- wise, black and white, classic. Simple combination, but executed nicely to be able to pair with several different styles. I also like the flared out portions on the sides of the shoe. They seem to help with cushioning when turning your foot. I would be curious as to how these feel for someone who regularly runs or jogs, because they were pretty comfortable for someone who doesn’t do any of that, but does have to chase a toddler around!

These shoes very quickly became my husbands favorite everyday shoe. When asked his opinion on the negatives of the shoes he said he couldn’t think of any but his top 2 positives about the shoe were fit and comfort. When it came to the fit he said that the shoes fit like a glove they weren’t too loose and they weren’t too tight and he stated that they didn’t adjust over time as well like some shoes do, they stayed at the perfect fit. He also said that he really likes where the shoe falls on the ankle because it’s not too high where you feel constricted and not too low where it rubs against the bone. He can wear these shoes all day and stay comfortable in them, they have the right amount of cushion and bounce without feeling like you are walking on a board. My husband ... These Nike Air Zoom Structure 25 sneakers are very comfortable for everyday wear. The fit is true to size with ample support for anyone who is on their feet a lot throughout the day. I love the design of this shoe. They have a sleek look and go with many outfits. The shoes seem durable and I believe they will last quite awhile. The fabric is breathable and easy to wipe down if you get your shoes dirty. My favorite feature of this shoe is the midfoot support system which makes walking, running, and jumping more comfortable for my feet. The shoe tread is fantastic with a great grip. My only complaint is that I'm not a fan of the patch of felt like fabric on the heel of the shoe which attracts lint and dirt. Overall, this is a great shoe that I highly recommend.
I took a chance and went with regular shoe size. They were a comfortable fit, but it would probably be better to size up half size if you're wearing for running. I have not used them for running yet, but for walking and lifting, they have been great. I like how light and sleek the design is, not bulky and cumbersome, like some shoes on the market. I like how light they feel when wearing. And they look stylish if you're one to wear them for errands. The fabric feels good, not rough, just enough stretch. All in all, a very comfortable, lightweight shoe. They only drawback, is the toe box might be a little narrow for wide feet.

The Nike air zoom, structure 25, is a lightweight, breathable sneaker designed for distance and endurance. At first sight the look of the shoe wasn’t set to awe anyone. But once the foot is in the shoe the looks don’t matter. The shoe fits true to size and holds the foot like Goldilocks…not too tight, not too loose…just right. The cushion was noticeably significant as the shock absorption on strike was well received and eliminated prevailing joint pain through the leg. That being said, the insole of this shoe is geared more towards a rear mid/heel striker. I also tested this shoe in cross training with a combo HIIT, functional strength training, spring workout and the shoe performed well. It is now my favorite cross training shoe. The Nike Air Zoom Structure 25 is the perfect shoe for anyone that needs more stability in their running shoe. As a note, I typically run in Pegasus 38's for daily runs and Alphafly's for races and speed runs. For this review, I wore the Air Zoom Structure 25's on several runs between 5k-10k. Following those test runs, I can safely say the Air Zoom Structure 25 is the perfect new complimentary shoe for my slower recovery runs. The shoe has a sturdy yet comfortable construction that helps my ankles feel more secure and less likely to overpronate even after my legs begin to tire. For someone used to running in the Pegasus, the Air Zoom Structure 25 initially felt very similar from a comfort and cushioning standpoint. The shoe fit true to size and the laces were long ... The shoe fit true to size and the laces were long enough for a runner's knot. The sole had sufficient traction and I was able to stride confidently over wet pavement without the sensation of slipping. Both the upper material and the rubber grip on the bottom of the shoe appear to be durable and I expect they will last for up to 500 miles. The one downside to the shoe is that it is noticeably heavier than the Pegasus. That is to be expected for a stability shoe compared to the more neutral Pegasus. However, this increase in weight did impact my times and I felt much slower than I typically do on my standard runs. As a result, I would not recommend this shoe for any races or other timed events. The extra stability works great for recovery runs, though. From a style standpoint, I do like how the Nike Air Zoom Structure 25 looks. The shoe is slightly bulkier than my other running shoes but that bulk isn't overly noticeable to a non-runner. In fact, I wore the shoes out while running errands and received several compliments on how they look. I would be interested in seeing additional colors and designs in the future. I prefer for my running shoes to be bright and stand out. That's solely my personal preference, though, and not a knock against this shoe.Overall, this is a great shoe and is perfect for anyone that has had joint issues or is looking for a stability shoe for recovery runs. I've been very impressed with the Nike Air Zoom Structure 25 and intend on keeping the shoe in my regular rotation of running shoes moving forward.
I have been wearing the Nike Structure models for over twenty years. I usually buy multiple pairs of every model. Except 21 and 22 only got one pair, did not care for those. The 23 and 24 were great, had many pairs. Waited extra long for the Structure 25. I am sorry to say it needs improvement. Nike should of continued with the gusseted tongue like most of the previous Structure models. Also the tongue seems just a tad short. The new mesh upper seems very warm. I do like the updated foam midsole. Hopefully the Structure 26 will have a gusseted tongue and a more breathable upper. Thank you. Will check out the Vomero 17 when available.
