Ordered pink and white Nike Dunks low top online. Came into Hibbett on 56 in Temple Terrace to pick up some shoes I purchased for my daughter. I was instantly greeted as soon as I walked in. I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name, but I know he was in the middle of training somebody else on the register as well. So they process my pick up, very friendly, very nice, and bagged it up. He didn’t just hand the bag right over the counter. He walked around and handed it directly to me. Wished me a good day. It was a very pleasant experience 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

I am at my wits-in with this company. When I received my order of the shoes, I was so angry. The shoes came in the box unwrapped and stretched out with the shoe laces half way laced. The bottom of the shoe was warned. I was so disgusted with my purchase. I tried to return them and was turned away , because they said that the shoes was already warned. I tried to explain to them that this is how I received them and they still will not allow me to return them. $115 is a lot to loose. I will never purchase from this company ever again. I am convinced, Foot Locker sells used shoes and will not listen to you or have any understanding.

THESE SHOES ARE AMAZING!! I just bought these on Monday then they came in the next day! And yes, I did order the fast shipping but it came a day earlier than it said it would!! I am in love with the way these shoes can go with literally ANY OUTFIT. Because you know what they say; black and white goes with everything! And yesterday I wore them and everywhere I’d go people would look at my sides and just stare!! And some of my friend wants to get their own pair now because if Joe CUTE they are🤩They fit true to size and are an overall 10/10!! Great shoes with great quality.. Highly recommend!

This is the first time I have used Hibbert and I can assure you this is the last time. They are the most disgusting company to do business with. I ordered these shoes as a Christmas Gift for my granddaughter. They have never arrived and the customer service, including the idiot and rude Supervisor have been no help but have simply tried to feed me with nonsense. I still do not know when these shoes will ship. I will have a very disappointed granddaughter !! They simply have lied to me and have even issued me a Fed X tracking number, how do they get away with this ?? Beware of this unprofessional company that has shown me absolutely no sincerity and care. One star is too much for them !!

I compared them to my son's dunks and also to the ones in the store when I attempted to exchange them for another pair and the color of the soles were totally different. I was unsuccessful exchanging them in store because they didn't have my size but the lady did offer to clean them. Even with them being cleaned the color is still dingy and a bit off, maybe due to them being on display for so long. Overall I still love the shoe and the customer service department did give me a 20% off code towards my next purchase from Hibbett. These shoes are the absolute cutest! They are super comfy and fit really well. I usually wear a 34 or 35 in women's, my foot is 8 inches long, and is a tiny bit wide in the toe area. These have about .5 cm of space in the toe for me and fit perfectly. The lady at Nordstrom said they run small. I tried on a 5.5 in women's at the store and they had about 1 cm of space in the toe so I was pretty confident when I ordered the size 5.The laces are really really long though so I'm looking for caps so I can cut them down without having to get new laces to match the green. I also feel like the laces are different lengths which is kind of weird.Overall great shoes and I do recommend.
Looked online for reviews and pics of people wearing these and couldn't find any so I wanted to post pics and a lengthy review.Loved the violet but the bone made the shoe looked bad. Jordan 1's look way better. I always wear a 9. I could have used a 8.5. There was too much room in the toe and looked like it would crease easy. Shoe material (sustainable) is cheap looking also. I wish when Nike uses cheaper materials the price would be cheaper too. This non leather stiff material shouldn't be the same price as real leather. (I have real leather dunks also)Unfortunately, I am returning these. Thank you Nordstrom for the great shipping and return policy.
I’m still rating this shoe 5 stars because I love the make of this shoe and the monochromatic blue color way I bought. My issue is that the size guide suggested ordering a half size up which I did but now I wish I hadn’t. I am usually a 8.5-9 depending on the sneaker. In Jordan 1 lows I am a 8.5 and in blazers I’m a size 9. I would say order a size 9 if you could swing between a 8.5-9 like me. Unless you enjoy your toes snug against the toe box. For reference, I’m more flat footed and have narrow feet. I hope this helps if you’re debating which size to get! My mom who wears a size 8 got dunks in her normal size and they fit great.

Size 11.5M, COCONUT MILK/ MAUVE/ WHITEWas just handed these by the delivery service, the person was right, not paper packaging but my shoes were in good shape. One of the inside swooshes has a dent but it'll probably smooth out, nothing paper would have prevented. Wish Nike would have provided a second pair of maroon laces, going to hunt some down.They run larger than the rose whisper color I got for Christmas, that came directly from Nike.I think you'll be happy with your purchase, going to replace the insoles as well! Want to be extra comfy in my new dunks!
