Despite not being pregnant myself, I found the Nike One maternity shorts to be a high quality product, built for ease of mobility and comfort. Due to my not being pregnant, I sized down and was met with a very comfortable fit. One thing about shorts in this style that is typically a concern for me is having too tight of a fit around my waist,which typically leads to discomfort when worn over a longer period of time. I received these shorts in a size smaller than my usual size and they still fit perfect. They hug my thighs perfectly well and aren’t tight at all, the material is super soft & stretchy and they are extremely easy to put on and take off. I like the super high waist that goes over your tummy design, it perfectly accommodates the expecting mommies. I mostly love the versatility of these shorts. I can wear them training, running, hiking, running errands or going out on a casual date. They are easy to style and pair with different things. I wouldn’t change a thing about them, if anything I’d have them in different colors. They are my new favorite item of clothing.

The material on the shorts is a slick stretchy material. I think it’s more like running tights than yoga pants which I find great for high impact workouts. They have held up great in the wash so far and, the best part is, I don’t have to baby them the way I do some other brands to make them last. For size comparison I usually wear a 4/26 in pants and have them in an XS.
The Maternity One Shorts are very light and durable. The shorts support your belly and gives a nice feel comfortably while walking, lounging and working out. I recommend these shorts during and after pregnancy. The fabric is soft enough as well durable to hold your belly in place after a c-section too. I’ve had four children naturally and one c-section. These short helped me out while in recovery. I wish I had these shorts 12 years ago. Not only does the fabric hug your body it almost feels like your wearing nothing. Extremely comfortable and what a mommy to be needs. Very easy to keep clean, while helping with moisture from sweating the shorts keep you dry. My favorite shorts during and after pregnancy. I was given these shorts to review and I love them.
