I'm bummed. I wanted to love these, and I really thought I would given I'm a big fan of the SuperRep 3's. Unfortunately, the 4 was a major downgrade for me. The material feels really cheap and not very sturdy. The shoes are fine and comfortable for casual wear, but if you're actually working out in them, it's another story. For one, they're not nearly as "springy" as the 3's, and subsequently not impressive for high impact cardio. For strength training, lateral movement, & stability they also suck and don't feel very supportive. The material is stiff and just doesn't feel good. I tried out multiple sizes for extended periods of time and the issues persisted. I was pleasantly surprised by these shoes, as I wasnât sure how they would feel during HIIT types of exercise. On first wearing them, they felt nothing but comfortable. They have great arch support and are narrow through the body but wide at the toe bed. So lots of support but not pinching your toes when youâre trying to move around. They have a good spring when youâre jumping. They do feel slightly on the roomier side, and my heel is slipping around in the shoe a little bit as I wear them more. Iâm a 6.5, bordering sometimes on a 7, but I would be hesitant to get this size if I were a 6.5 bordering on a 6, as it does feel on the larger end of the half size. During HIIT workouts, this shoe got the job done! I liked how wide the soles are at the bottom and how cushy/springy they feel. I am currently pregnant and the support was very much appreciated. The toebox looks wide because of the way the soles are built, but I have narrow feet and didn't have an excess of room which I was grateful for. My one complaint is that on me, the ankle rubs. This may get better in time, but it was notable during my first few workouts in these. It was helped by wearing taller socks. Overall, these are a great addition to my gym shoe rotation.

These are excellent for working out, particularly for cardio or HIIT workouts at the gym. The style is really inventive and structurally they are incredibly high quality. I wouldn't say they would be great for lifting heavy weights because of how structured they are but they perform really well at a cardio workout. My biggest downside is how HUGE they are. I ordered my normal running shoe size (Nike runs small for my wider feet) and they were almost a whole size large. I'd still recommend them but definitely order at least a half size down. Can't wait to continue to use these in the right size at the gym!

I think having that versatility in the sneaker, but you donât have to change based on what youâre doing is so nice and a function that I look for when purchasing a new sneaker, that being said cost isnât an issue. Itâs the sneakers versatile, and this is one that I can say cost would be no issue for me to purchase the sneaker, I really am so pleased I got to test this one out. Itâs been one of my favorite sneakers to wear so far in my fitness journey.

This shoe is incredible! The complete design is innovative, fresh and creative. First impression, these looked really stylish right out of the box. I've never seen a sneaker quite like this one. I love the color way of mostly white, black and some reddish burnt orange. Now for the real test, the shoe is easy to slip into, I'm normally a size 7 to 7.5 women's, and this 7 fit perfectly comfortable. I started walking around and these feel like they have a spring cushion in them! It feels like a supported bounce when your walking. I love it. I would wear these to the gym, running, walking or even with a stylish casual fit. These blew my expectations out of the park. I need more colors in this!
