The Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Mid “Varsity Maize” is a collaboration between the high fashion and streetwear brand and Nike on a contemporary-looking version of the retro mid-top shoe. The Air Force 1 Mid by the late Virgil Abloh’s Off-White clothing brand succeeds its previous Air Force 1 Low projects that were released from 2017 through 2022. The “Varsity Maize” features a white leather upper with Varsity Maize-colored leather overlay panels and leather Swoosh branding. A Varsity Maize leather ankle strap appears on the collar. Off-White’s signature dual lacing system gives the design a futuristic appearance. Off-White’s industrial-style branding is printed on the medial side of the shoe. A grim reaper motif is embroidered in white on the lateral side of the heel. A wavy midsole and a spiked outsole complete the look.
