If you’re looking for comfort and durability look no further! These shoes are seriously so comfortable and look amazing on my husband. He’s been looking for working out shoes and he’s so glad to have found these. Honestly, I’ve never seen him be this excited to get back to fitness until now lol might be the shoes! Most of the time he’s in his western work boots and he’s very picky with what shoes he wears so I was glad he found a shoe that he actually likes. He’s very impressed with the arch support and likes the design on the back. It’s different than any other shoe we have seen, although at first I thought it was a little weird, trust me once on they look pretty cool!

This shoe is so comfortable to run in. I do quite a bit of my mileage on a treadmill which has always felt like a lot of impact on my knees and feet. These shoes have made those miles so much more comfortable with all the padding in the heel. They really help me make it through longer runs in particular. The fit is very comfortable for me; I have a wide, low volume foot with a low arch. These shoes fit great from the word go. I especially like how comfortably the shoe holds onto my heel and keeps it stable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good running shoe for running on treadmills, or on the road.

The shoes arrived within time and were about right for size (went for my usual running shoe size). If you're not used to this kind of shoe, it can be slightly unnerving. The sole profile and rebound tends to make you stride longer because you accelerate faster and feel you have to throw your next step way out in front so that you don't fall forwards. As a result, I did run faster, but pulled a hamstring because of the extra strain. Just 5ake it easy until you're used to them.

I am so impressed with these shoes. I'm always looking for a running shoes that "disappear" - and by that I mean when the fit and the cushioning are so good, you don't notice them. All you have to do is put in the miles, and these shoes definitely meet that definition for me. I am super picky about how shoes feel. I've had a couple other pairs of Nikes that did their job almost completely invisible, but these are definitely at the top now. Even better than feeling good when wearing them, my feet feel great the next day, which is always a big tell-tale sign if I'm not wearing the right shoes. I've found these also perform very well for walking or for times when you're going to be walking and standing a lot - amusement parks, shopping, etc.
These shoes have a little bit higher of a base/sole than I prefer but overall the shoe itself fits as expected and is very comfortable. I haven’t had them long enough to speak about how well they hold up. However, I have had numerous Nike shoes in the past and I assume the quality is similar which means they will be in good shape for a long time. I like the overall style and look of the shoe. It is a modern athletic look that works well with both jeans and athletic pants. Perfect shoe for errands, walking the dogs, or playing with my kids outside. I would recommend these.
The cross between the Vapoflys, and the Pegasus, these shoes feel fast and light while running. They have a great economy and fly during tempo/track workouts as well as longer runs. The size was PERFECT, exactly fit to my foot. The shoes were very comftorbal to run in, but... I probably wouldent use them for average day things. Last but not least, the Durabililty, these shoes were as durable as running shoes get, for long runs it felt very sturdy and strong, yet these shoes would not be my reccomendation to wear in everyday life as they do have nike react foam which can break apart more easily than some normal footwear. In conclusion, I would give these shoes a 4/5 for their comfort, looks, durability, and overall performance!
This latest update is miles ahead of the previous version. The switch to fly knit transformed this shoe and gave it a better lock down. The addition of larger padding around the heel and a little bit stiffer heel counter secured my heel which was a big problem with version 3. Previous version gave me so much heel slippage I might as well be wearing slippers and I ended up just shelving the shoe. This new version is so much more secure on foot and I don’t have to tie a runner’s knot. The fly knit upper also gave my foot a stable feeling unlike the old version. There’s enough room mid foot and in the toe box which is a common issue I have with most Nike running shoes being too narrow. It's still early on but already a great improvement in the upper compared to version 3. The vapor weave upper never gave my foot a secure fit. The switch to the fly knit and the lacing bands on the midfoot conforms to your feet and hugs it but not in a suffocating way. The previous version was notorious with heel slippage since the heel cup had no support (flimsy) and the heel padding was so minimal that I felt like I was running on a slipper. The new robust heel padding kept my heel in place and the heel cup is a little bit stiffer. Most Nike running shoes are a little too narrow in the midfoot and toe box for me and I afraid this would be the case with the 4s but to my surprise I had room in the toe box and mid foot fit was snug but not squeezing my metatarsals. ... MoreIt's still early on but already a great improvement in the upper compared to version 3. Since there was no change to the rubber, foam, and carbon plate it rode the same as the 3. I always feel like react foam is stiff at first and needs some miles to break in to get that soft/bounce feel. This is a heavy shoe compared to it's competitors and can feel clunky at slow speeds. You get the best out of the react foam and carbon plate propulsion when you pick up the pace to tempo or race pace. When you do it feels like it helps with a faster turnover. I would give this 5 stars if Nike would lower the stack height by a couple of 3-5mm. I like being closer to the ground. Also softening up the react foam. Some may be put off by how stiff this shoe feels. Don't know if the formulation of foam is a little different with this one but if they get it to feel like the react foam on the Pegasus Trail 3 and shed 1.5-2 ounces then I would give it a 5!
Straight out of the box my first impression was that these shoes were extremely odd looking. There is quite a bit of cushion on the bottom, and the wide section of white makes them look a little funky. However, these may be the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. Straight from heaven filled with cloud they have so much bounce back it makes running a breeze. I noticed my running seemed lighter and easier when my shoes were giving the bounce back and making me work not quite as hard. I would have loved them for that alone, but then they went made the upper portion soft and flexible giving your foot a sock like fit that didn’t rub in any of the wrong places. At the price point they are a steal for any serious runner and I can tell you I’ll be going back time and time again. I ordered a size 9, and usually without the option of wide they are too small so I would say they run big since they fit me very comfortably. That being said, I love them, I’ll be repurchasing.
Considering I had ran over 1,000 miles in a pair of Zoom Fly 3’s last year, I had extremely high hopes of the Zoom Fly 4. Unfortunately, I was let down and was only able to get about 2 months of light training from this pair of Zoom Fly 4.In my opinion, these are less durable than Nike’s previous model. The Zoom Fly 4 only lasted 240 miles until the sole completely destroyed. I haven’t noticed any positive improvement in this model compared to the previous Zoom Fly 3 which was much faster and way more longer lasting in regards to durability.Putting all the negatives aside, this was one of my favorite designs of all time to train in and I’ll miss this pair. I truly hope that I received a defective model.Pros: Responsive, firm stable landing, lightweight, ... MoreConsidering I had ran over 1,000 miles in a pair of Zoom Fly 3’s last year, I had extremely high hopes of the Zoom Fly 4.
