If you’re looking for comfort and durability look no further! These shoes are seriously so comfortable and look amazing on my husband. He’s been looking for working out shoes and he’s so glad to have found these. Honestly, I’ve never seen him be this excited to get back to fitness until now lol might be the shoes! Most of the time he’s in his western work boots and he’s very picky with what shoes he wears so I was glad he found a shoe that he actually likes. He’s very impressed with the arch support and likes the design on the back. It’s different than any other shoe we have seen, although at first I thought it was a little weird, trust me once on they look pretty cool!

This shoe is so comfortable to run in. I do quite a bit of my mileage on a treadmill which has always felt like a lot of impact on my knees and feet. These shoes have made those miles so much more comfortable with all the padding in the heel. They really help me make it through longer runs in particular. The fit is very comfortable for me; I have a wide, low volume foot with a low arch. These shoes fit great from the word go. I especially like how comfortably the shoe holds onto my heel and keeps it stable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good running shoe for running on treadmills, or on the road.

These shoes are arguably the smoothest ride I've ever experienced. The additional cushioning in the sole is very apparent as soon as you slip them on. It does take some getting used to - the stability is different than you're average tennis shoe. However, at cruising speed for a light runner, these perform admirably. I would not recommend these for agility training or exercises that require intense lateral movement. These are straight running shoes. My knees are very glad I have these!

I am so impressed with these shoes. I'm always looking for a running shoes that "disappear" - and by that I mean when the fit and the cushioning are so good, you don't notice them. All you have to do is put in the miles, and these shoes definitely meet that definition for me. I am super picky about how shoes feel. I've had a couple other pairs of Nikes that did their job almost completely invisible, but these are definitely at the top now. Even better than feeling good when wearing them, my feet feel great the next day, which is always a big tell-tale sign if I'm not wearing the right shoes. I've found these also perform very well for walking or for times when you're going to be walking and standing a lot - amusement parks, shopping, etc.
These shoes have a little bit higher of a base/sole than I prefer but overall the shoe itself fits as expected and is very comfortable. I haven’t had them long enough to speak about how well they hold up. However, I have had numerous Nike shoes in the past and I assume the quality is similar which means they will be in good shape for a long time. I like the overall style and look of the shoe. It is a modern athletic look that works well with both jeans and athletic pants. Perfect shoe for errands, walking the dogs, or playing with my kids outside. I would recommend these.
This latest update is miles ahead of the previous version. The switch to fly knit transformed this shoe and gave it a better lock down. The addition of larger padding around the heel and a little bit stiffer heel counter secured my heel which was a big problem with version 3. Previous version gave me so much heel slippage I might as well be wearing slippers and I ended up just shelving the shoe. This new version is so much more secure on foot and I don’t have to tie a runner’s knot. The fly knit upper also gave my foot a stable feeling unlike the old version. There’s enough room mid foot and in the toe box which is a common issue I have with most Nike running shoes being too narrow. For the next version I would recommend less stack height to reduce the weight of ... MoreThis latest update is miles ahead of the previous version. The Nike Zoom Fly 4’s are definite upgrade from my last pair of running shoes. Cushioned through out and tons of support of the heel makes running comfortable especially for longer periods of times. Has a bit of higher arch and base that shifts your foot forward which does take a bit to get used to. While not the lightest running shoe, they are breathable and easy to run in. As with most Nikes, they can run a bit small so I recommend always sizing up a half size especially for runners. Would definitely recommend for all types of runners.
Straight out of the box my first impression was that these shoes were extremely odd looking. There is quite a bit of cushion on the bottom, and the wide section of white makes them look a little funky. However, these may be the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. Straight from heaven filled with cloud they have so much bounce back it makes running a breeze. I noticed my running seemed lighter and easier when my shoes were giving the bounce back and making me work not quite as hard. I would have loved them for that alone, but then they went made the upper portion soft and flexible giving your foot a sock like fit that didn’t rub in any of the wrong places. At the price point they are a steal for any serious runner and I can tell you I’ll be going back time and time again. I ordered a size 9, and usually without the option of wide they are too small so I would say they run big since they fit me very comfortably. That being said, I love them, I’ll be repurchasing.
I've owned all of the Zoom Flys, and this is by far the roomiest in the toe box. True to what you'd expect from the Zoom Fly, they're extremely comfortable. I run approximately 30 miles per week, and I use this shoe for the shorter distances. Unlike its predecessors, this shoe feels "clunky" after six miles or so. It's not heavier than the Zoom Fly 3, so the only thing I can attribute this to is the toe box area. Other than that, I highly recommend the shoe!
I really love the Fly 4.I have 3 pairs of Fly 4 now (and 1 Fly 3, 2 Pegs, 2 Winflos, 1 Inv since 2021). I ran my first two marathons in them. I run from 50 to 80 miles a week since I started training. I love the propulsion I feel when wearing Fly 4. My only complain is that the heel rubber wears faster than I hope. I run a lot of up and down hills hence unavoidably landing on my heel more frequently than I want. The soft squish Zoom X foam are exposed after about 200 miles. With no rubber protecting them, the Zoom X foam wears fast and it's bad after 400 miles. The Peg holds well in comparison.
