These run 1 to 2 sizes too small. Stuck with shoes that don’t fit. Very disappointed. Should of been in the description.
Asked for a us woman’s 8 got a man’s 6 and it’s euro size so it’s 2 sizes to small for our basketball player

Fantastic transaction! Exactly as expected. Super fast delivery and great customer service.I was a little concerned as the status of delivery said it was out for delivery but it showed package was in a different state (AZ). I contacted customer service, requested a call back. They called me back quickly and reassured me that all was well. The agent, Trevor, was awesome and followed up by sending me an email assuring me that he would personally track the shoes until I received them. He made good on his promise and I received them later that day!!
Id like to take a this opportunity to tell you one that that I don't think you guys should do.Mind you, indidnt have a problem with Stock X and I like them and would recommend them.However, when a seller messes up on their end, the buyer should have the option to have you go and find someone else that is selling that product.2 times for me, after waiting for a a shoe, the seller has messed up. Both times it was during a basketball season and then you guys go and find a new seller and start the whole process over again. Since time was of the essence, it didn't make sense to wait double the time, but we had no choice.The buyer should be notified that the seller screwed up and stock X (at the buyers discretion) can go lookngor another seller.
