The Nike Zoom Ja Fly 3 ‘Barely Volt Hyper Orange’ showcases candy-bright hues on a performance track shoe built for 200m sprinters. Asymmetrical ghillie lacing secures the seamless upper, crafted from neon green woven textile with oversized Swoosh branding in a reddish orange hue. Underfoot, a bright teal finish is applied to the Pebax outsole plate, featuring a generative honeycomb-inspired pattern with targeted areas of stiffness and flexibility. Eight removable spike pins made of stainless steel provide superior grip.

I run the 100, 200, and 400. I am also a horizontal jumper (long and triple), and I love these spikes. I find them to be quite comfortable and very durable as well. I order a new pair each season. Although they're not designed for jumping, they work really well, especially since I rarely have time to change into a different pair of shoes between my jumping and running events. I've tried other spikes and have always stuck with this pair. I use them for competing and practice the day before a meet so I use them fairly often.

My son ran in a pair of Ja Fly spikes last year with no issues, but this pair caused some blisters on top of his feet. We returned them and he purchased the Nike Zoom Superfly spikes. The Ja Fly spikes are good spikes, but just didn't work for his feet this time.

I bought this hoodie recently, with the cold weather coming and all. I love jogging and bike riding outside with this hoodie. It does a great job of keeping me warm yet allowing my skin to breathe properly. I don't feel like I'm trapped. Very comfortable!

I run the 100, 200, and 400 and these spikes are almost damn near perfect they are easy to get out the blocks with and have an incredible turnover in the shorter distance races but you might need to roll out your feet if you have a wide foot. Its been 2 years and im 13 and only 5,0 and already running 12.50 these spikes help a lot.
These spikes looked great once I opened the box but once I engaged in some action theses bad boys quickly got a thumbs down. The durability of these shoes are horrible. After one practice, of about 800 total meters, the sides of my spikes towards the heels started to unravel/separate.
Great sprinting shoes. Fit and support are very good. My daughter is a beginner in track and this shoe is perfect as a sprinting shoe that isn't too heavy or light.
The spike plate is great but the upper definitely is not. It puts pressure on different parts of the foot due to the asymmetrical lacing, making running in a straight like a little more difficult and a lot more uncomfortable.
I’m a sprinter in the 4x100 relay and the 200 meter dash in high school. The curved lacing design is very helpful while running the curve of the 200, by the end of the season I cut off more than 1.5 seconds in the 200! The fit is snug, as all spikes should be. I recommend to anyone willing to run faster and look good while doing it, big thanks to Nike on this great track shoe
Ja Fly 3s are the sort of transition spike, from earlier in a track career, to a more focused one. While not being as fancy as a shoe such as the Maxfly or Superfly, the JaFly 3 manages to handle competition and workouts well, even after thousands and thousands of meters on the odometer. After a year of heavy use, the shoes no longer hold spikes in as tight as they did when new, and sometimes they come loose, however this is to be expected with the amount of running I've done with these shoes. When compared to newer shoes, the JaFly 3 seems to be a tad big heavier in comparison, however it is the lack of flyknit and the rigid spike plate that allows the shoe to run any event from the 55 to the 800- with varying degrees of comfort- making them a great spike for mid ... Overall, a good spike, however technological advancements from competitors, including Nike themselves, leaves one longing for more.
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. I returned it before I even gave it to her. She wears a size medium in almost all clothing but b/c it was a sweatshirt, I ordered a large so she could wear with leggings. She is 5 ft 8 and this would have been too short and small. It does not run true to size. Very cute but not true to size.
